Masal Cave Suites Hotel’de Masalsı Bir Konaklama! Ürgüp’te geçirdiğimiz bu konaklama, hem konum hem de deneyim açısından beklentilerimizin çok ötesindeydi. Otel sadece birkaç dakikalık yürüme mesafesinde şehir merkezine ve Göreme Milli Parkı’na çok yakın konumda, tam bir avantaj sundu (merkeze yaklaşık 900 m) . Oda sayısı sadece 8 ile sınırlı ama her biri doğal taşla iç içe, şirin ve konforlu şekilde tasarlanmış. Biz jakuzili oda tercih ettik ve hem yatak konforu hem de banyo deneyimi gerçekten olağanüstüydü . Günlük kahvaltı, içecek ikramları ve otelin sunduğu ATV, atlı safari ve balon gibi aktivitelerle bölgeyi keşfetme imkanı bizi çok memnun etti . Özellikle personelin güler yüzü, misafirperverliği ve ilgisi bize kendimizi evimizde hissettirdi.

A wonderful place to relax. The rooms are beautiful, the beds very comfortable and the shower amazing. Everything is very clean and the staff are superbly equipped and helpful. Breakfast is equally delicious. The staff is loving and always helpful. We recommend this place to enjoy Cappadocia and relax.

Both khadir and Jaffa are very welcoming and goes out of their way to make you fell like home away from home, peaceful, quite, serene . Rooftop breakfast and view was amazing. It just a short walk away from town center and cave style rooms are very comfortable

Başta isletmenin sahibi Cafer Beye, sonrasında da görevli arkadaşlar olan Kadir bey ve Emine hanıma samimiyetle teşekkür ediyorum. Hem Avrupa ülkelerinde hem de Türkiye'de onlarca yıldızlı ve butik otellerde kaldım. Ancak Kapadokya gezisi için referans arayan ve yorumlara bakan arkadaşlara cidden tavsiye ediyorum. Güler yüzlü hizmet, ilgi, alaka, yardımseverlik, hijyen, oda dizaynı ve birçok konuda beklentilerimin çok üzerinde bir butik otel. Fiyat performans olarak tek kelimeyle mükemmel.

Les chambres sont calme, spacieuses, et propres. De plus, l'endroit et beau et a beaucoup de classe. L'emplacement est idéal pour rayonner sur les trois vallées et sur toute la Capadoce. On vous conseille d'y prendre le repas du soir. On l'a fait et c'était fantastique, les plats étaient raffinés et copieux. Les petits déjeuners étaient super aussi, on les a pris sur la terrasse qui a une très belle vue. Aucun soucis pour le parking privé, il est juste à côté. Bref, tout était parfait et nous reviendrons avec plaisir. Un grand merci à Cafer et Kadir, nos hôtes, qui ont été à l'écoute, professionnels et chaleureux. On recommande à 100%

İşletmecisini tanımış olma şerefine eriştiğimiz ve bu kadar güzel bir otel de evimizdeki gibi hissettirdikleri için Cafer bey ve Kadir beye çok teşekkür ederim.Otel yeni,tertemiz,konum olarak çok iyi bir yerde, otopark sıkıntısı hiç yok.Kahvaltısı çok güzel,zaten işletmenin eli bol, gönlü zengin ilk girişte bunu hissediyorsunuz.Biz Ankara'dan geldik Kapadokya'ya ve gezilecek yerler konusunda bir bilgimiz yoktu, Cafer bey bizi o kadar bilgilendirip,öyle güzel bir rota oluşturdu ki heryeri gezdik.Müşterisini içtenlikle karşılayan,değer veren,önemseyen otel sahipleri hep varolsun, Türkiye'nin heryerinde böyle güzel hizmet verdikleri otel zincirleri olsun.Herşey için teşekkür ederiz,en kısa zamanda görüşmek dileğiyle.

I stayed here with my 2 daughters for one night and we enjoyed our stay. Although brief, our stay here was comfortable due to the polite, respectful and very helpful staff. Our room was spacious and clean and the breakfast provided was fresh and tasty.

We went with my wife and 5-month-old baby. Mr. Cafer and his staff are very attentive and friendly. The hotel is very clean and we felt comfortable as if we were in our own home. I recommend it to everyone. Thank you very much. We will go and stay again. The breakfast is amazing and it is a business that you will not regret.
