The hotel is still some distance from Mount Nemturu. It takes nearly 2 hours of driving on the winding mountain road to get down from Mount Nemturu. When I thought it was impossible to find a hotel, the hotel appeared as soon as I turned the corner. It was such a surprise. . It was quite late when we arrived, and the hotel waiter was waiting for us to check in at the reception. The breakfast was also good, and it is suitable for a holiday hotel.

BEWARE: They will double charge you! We stayed one night at the hotel on October 9, 2024. When we booked the hotel on May 30, 2024, we pre-paid the total of $77.76. However, when we checked out at the hotel on October 10, 2024, the receptionist at the front desk said they didn't receive the payment of $77.76. He asked us to pay 72 EUR instead. We didn't have any choice, and then paid 72 EUR again. Therefore, we actually paid twice, $77.76 and 72 EUR, for one night stay. They never respond to us when we tried to contact the hotel after we were back to the United States. It was the most terrible experience that we have ever had.

Lage ruhig und schön. Eingangstür zum Wohnbereich sehr sehr laut! Am Empfang kaum englisch und keine Info über Frühstück und Abendessen. Ansonsten Personal sehr hilfsbereit. Abendessen mit Buffet o.k.

Very tidy and most comfortable one night stay in the mountains in of Mount Nemrut.
Had no idea what to expect given the isolation of this hotel. We were so pleasantly surprised by the friendliness of staff, the spotlessly clean rooms and comfy mattress and pillows. The shower was perfect. What more could we ask for? Dinner prepared from scratch, a wood burning bread oven, the list goes on..

When I arrived mid afternoon there was no water. The divan on the bed had mildew stains, the meals were low quality, and the pool was empty. Happy to share photos.
