I felt like I am not allowed to ask for any help or any question without being told off by a member of the staff in the pool area. There are no information about the pool, Hamam etc. and yet I didn’t feel comfortable asking for help or question. Staff are extremely rude. No class at all.

Prijs .kamer staat niet in verhouding . Hotel is oud ook de kamers maar sinds buitenom geschilderd hebben ze de prijzen 40 a 50 euro verhoogd . Menu is al drie jaar hetzelfde en weinig keus. Zijn wel betere hotels qua prijs in eregli.

Otel Ereğli'de kalınabilecek en iyi yer. Ama tesis çok eski, kahvaltının malzeme kalitesi vasat. Yeri Ereğli'nin dışında, sahile inmek için arabaya binmek gerekli. Oda fiyatı tesisin sunduklarına göre yüksek. Havuzu otelin geneline göre daha bakımlı.

1 gece konaklama yaptım kaldığım en pis otel diyebilirim.Halilar vs her yer pislik içindeydi.Kahvalti salonundaki Personel ilgisiz.Kahvalti alıp oturmaniz 1 saat sürüyor masalara servis bile acmiyorlar. Velhasıl kelam daha güzel yerler var bilginize.

Aile oteli olarak iyi yorumlara bakarak geldik ancak çok vasat odamız çok kötü kokuyor ve yerler inanılmaz pis ayaklarınız hemen simsiyah oluyor havuz ve Aqua park için otelin dışına çıkıp havuz kısmına girmeniz gerekiyor ve havuz ücretli ayrıca Aqua parkı yarım saatliğine günde iki üç kez açıyorlar onda da insanlar yoğunluk yaratıyor hiç bişey anlamıyorsunuz ayrıca geldiğimiz gün Aqua parkın havuzunda bi sıkıntı oldu ve su simsiyah hiç kullanamadık zaten havuzların ücretli olması çok anlamsızdı. Personel deseniz aşırı ilgisiz kahvaltı da seçenek çok az kısacası bir daha asla gelmem üç günlüğüne geldik iki gün zor kalabildik gelecek olanlar bunları göze alarak gelsin
