The hotel charges heavily and in return gives you smelly corridors, smelly rooms and ill maintained bathrooms

The hotel is right next to the main road, easy to find, and looks quite upscale from the outside, but the facilities inside the room are quite poor (disappointing), and the lighting is not bright, which instantly drops the grade. Now the inspection is strict, and Chinese people are not allowed to leave without a bulletproof car, which is very troublesome.

Hotel is extremely old . Wifi does not work at all . I am still at the hotel . Wifi is not working for 2 days. They cant solve my problem. I cant do my business.Duty Manager cant help as well although they are personally good people have to wait for IT manager to come to hotel on Monday morning.

Helpful front office staff, the manager saleem hassan rana was very courteous and helpful. Jr suite rooms are good n spacious but the bathrooms need to be upgraded. Further improvement can happen with revamping of the main lobby and restaurants.
