Breakfast is good but service is not up to the standard hence only 4 stars rating. Also the frontdesk guy who work at night shift is very rude. But Jeremiah and duty manager recrify the problem. Danish from car rental also good guy but car rental charges is ridiculously high. Better take own transport or uber. Room is nice just some staff are not good with services. Maybe need more training especially the fat guy in front desk. Crazily rude As he thought Im Pakistani due to my features. But yet they shouldnot judge people by Face, or nationality which he did.

Security is good, safety is the first priority, and there is security check at the entrance and exit. The breakfast is quite rich. The price is a little high, but there is nothing to do. The room environment is good, clean and hygienic. I live on the second floor. I read the reviews before that there is a smell, but the room I stayed in did not have a damp smell.

The hotel is right next to the main road, easy to find, and looks quite upscale from the outside, but the facilities inside the room are quite poor (disappointing), and the lighting is not bright, which instantly drops the grade. Breakfast is not much, the front desk service is slow, checkin took 40 minutes, and then I found that there were people in the arranged room, and almost rushed in... Area of improvement have some bakery and fresh feel of chai. People who don’t like tea bag chai. Overall service was amazing 

I didn't expect such a cheap place to be very clean. It was very close to the airport and it was a little hard to find in ten minutes. But this booking is completely good value for money, it would be better if there is an optional breakfast!
