A Perfect Stay at Rixos Premium Göcek – Truly Exceptional! Our stay at Rixos Premium Göcek was absolutely unforgettable. The resort is a true hidden gem — combining luxurious comfort with breathtaking natural surroundings. From the beautifully maintained gardens to the crystal-clear waters and top-tier service, every detail was thoughtfully designed to create a perfect vacation experience. Special thanks to General Manager Mr. Mehmet Altın, whose leadership is clearly reflected in the excellence of the entire team. His presence and warm hospitality made our stay even more memorable. It’s rare to see such dedication and personal attention at a resort of this scale. We felt genuinely welcomed and cared for throughout our visit, and we’re already looking forward to coming back!

Buraya çok severek geliriz. Bununla birlikte özellikle misafir ilişkileri alanında, ciddi bir kalite düşüsü gözlemledik. Hem karşılama yetersizdi, hem whatsapp mesajlarına geç olmakla birlikte anlamsız cevaplar veriliyordu. Arkadaşlarımız hastalandı ve zehirlendi, bunu bildirdiğimizde bize söyledikleri tek şey tabii ki efendim diğer taleplerinizi hemen odanıza yönlendiriyoruz oldu. Bu departman için çalışan kişilerin çok daha sağduyulu olması gerektiğini düşünüyoruz. Patronlarının zaman zaman otele denetlemelerini öneririm

Geçtiğimiz Cuma günü giriş yaptık, bugün ayrıldık… ama inanın hiç gitmek istemedik! Club Privé by Rixos Göcek gerçekten tam anlamıyla harika bir tatil deneyimi sundu bize. Her şey o kadar güzeldi ki, anlatmaya kelimeler yetmez! Başta bizi güler yüzüyle karşılayan ve her konuda yardımcı olan Bilal ve Ahmet Bey’e sonsuz teşekkürler. Kendimizi özel hissetmemizi sağladı. Temizlik ekibinden mutfaktaki şeflere kadar tüm çalışanlar işlerini büyük bir özenle yapıyor. Herkes çok nazik, ilgili ve samimi. Yemekler enfesti, şeflerin emeği gerçekten alkışı hak ediyor. Mekanın doğası, sakinliği, temizliği, huzuru da cabası… Kısacası her anı keyif dolu geçti. Bu güzel tatil için herkese teşekkür ederiz. En kısa zamanda tekrar gelmek için sabırsızlanıyoruz! 💛🌴

Club Privé by Rixos Göcek tam anlamıyla kusursuz bir tatil deneyimi sunuyor. Doğanın kalbinde, son derece özel ve sakin bir atmosferde konumlanmış villalarda konaklamak başlı başına bir ayrıcalık. Her detay ince ince düşünülmüş; villaların konforu, özel havuzları, yemek servisi ve kişiye özel hizmet anlayışı beklentimizin çok üzerindeydi. Personelin ilgisi ve zarafeti kendimizi çok özel hissettirdi. Ayrıca Rixos Premium Göcek’in olanaklarına kolay erişim ve shuttle hizmetleri de tatili daha da konforlu hale getiriyor. Hem mahremiyet arayanlar hem de üst düzey hizmet isteyenler için mükemmel bir adres. Şüphesiz ki tekrar geleceğiz.

We used the cabanas at club Prive and found Errol to be very helpful with a smile for everyone Fabulous member of staff and fantastic service ❤️ The cabanas are a fun but relaxing location with direct access to the sea Errol remembers his guests and their choice of drinks adding a personal touch

We had a most wonderful experience at the Club Prive, with Umut excelling in every area possible. His attention to detail was excellent . He could not have done more for us.
