Very nice and clean room, good for solo traveller

It was clean and quiet.

We arrived in Kap at 2:30. Check in started at 3, we asked for an early check in and they refused even though the hotel was empty. Otherwise staff was amazing, super friendly and easy to talk with. The property was slightly outdated. Water stains on baseboard corners, mildew smell in the carpets. Bathroom door in our room did not latch, so we were unable to close it. Parking was great, we had an outside door so it was easy to access your vehicle and keep an eye on it. The big windows were great.

Don’t stay here This room was totally unacceptable. We decided to leave and stay elsewhere. The manager promised a full refund for 2 nights, but ******* was unable to contact them to confirm the full refund. ******* could only give one nights refund. Very unsatisfactory.

We checked in very late after travelling for hours. Get there and they put us in a room with smaller beds than what we had booked. Had already unloaded our vehicle. Got moved to another room that was no longer accessible from the parking lot. 2 mornings in a row, there was nothing little food left for breakfast and it was only 8/8:30am. Waited and no other food came, while we were there. On our second day, staff knocked on door, as they didn’t know it was occupied and they were gonna be giving room keys to another party for that room, but they checked to make sure it was vacant, which it wasn’t. The chair in our room was required for desk work, and the wheel was broken off, so chair was very unstable, and inconvenient while working.
