The location of the property is very convenient to reach and easily approachable. The food is a great go - provides value for money. Early morning room service may require a little attention. Also, minor leakage through the washbasin's outlet made bathroom usage a little uncomfortable. I hope it was only in the room where i was staying. Overall it was cozy and relaxing.

Giving a bad name to a big brand hotel
Staff was very unprofessional, inattentive and slow. Only time doorman opened my car door was when I checked out and was leaving in the hope he would get a tip. room was freezing, no heating working in bite, took ages to get hot water in morning. Breakfast was bare minimal. Room was dark and had a small window which very high up? which was covered with a blind so had no sunlight.

Good ambiance. Helping staff. Only problem is accessibility to kapurtala. If this can be solved for reasonable charge to customer, it will be very helpful
