The property is beautiful. Not the typical Austrian kitsch; instead a really beautifully renovated rural building. Very near the lifts by car, unfortunately no skibus stop nearby. Clean and comfortable. The kitchen is a little limited (small pots, one plate cooker) but one can manage. One thing needs to improve though! The owner needs to learn to pick up the phone! I booked in the morning of the first day of the accommodation. It took hours to confirm that the booking is valid and we can set off on the 6-hour long journey. On arrival, someone made a mistake and used the apartment that was assigned to us. Again, there was absolutely no way to contact the owner. They simply don't pick up the phone. We ended up taking another random empty apartment, fortunately no-one else arrived that night. This was a really weird experience. This would definitely be a full 5-star rating if the communication worked better.

Wir waren im Zimmer Nr. 5, das Zimmer hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Der Zustand des Wasserkochers ist schlechter, das Innere blättert ab, aber vor allem das Geräusch des Kochens gab mir das Gefühl, dass Gefahr drohte oder dass er bald nicht mehr funktionieren würde. Ansonsten sind wir immer zufrieden.

Incredibly strange experience. After the owner had mistakenly concluded we had not paid enough he held us hostage along with all other guests who wanted to go skiing. See photos of his tractor and car parked in the only exit. After approaching him with the intention to resolve his confusion he replied "this is how I do business!". I would strongly recommend staying away from this place.

Mooie ruime appartementen op een heerlijk rustige plek gelegen. Prachtige ligging op zo’n 5 minuten van Kaprun, 15 minuten van Zell am See. Appartementen van alles voorzien, kookgelegenheid aan de kleine kant. Vaatwasser is een pluspunt!

The stay began very strangely, as there was no reception here and in the room where the door said 'Welcome', it felt like a lumber room. We were referred to a 6 year old girl as a contact who told us her parents won't be back until tomorrow so we won't be able to check in. Even 45 minutes later we couldn't find a soul who knew more and after a young man brought us a key for an apartment, there were too few blankets, no towels and otherwise it wasn't prepared very lovingly for guests. We have never booked such impersonal accommodation before. Luckily for us it was a sports and party holiday and not a romantic holiday for couples.

We felt very comfortable in our apartment and would like to thank Nina very much for the great riding lessons! Our daughter would have loved to stay permanently and already misses the little rabbits, cats and of course pony Mister, on whom she learned a lot with Nina's help last week :) We will miss you and would love to come back!

After a friendly welcome from the owner of the farm, we were taken to our apartment. We found it to be tidy and well-kept. The kitchenette is described as such, so you can be prepared for not having a fully-equipped kitchen. With a little improvisation and the occasional meal out, we managed well. (We particularly appreciated the bread roll service!) If we had any questions, the owners were always available and always friendly, helpful and eager to help. We were able to ride (learn to ride) wonderfully and had great fun with the lovely and well-behaved horses. The stable and the entire farm are beautifully maintained and you can experience the love for the animals. The location of the Hofgut Edelweiss is very good, as you live in a quiet, rural area, but are within 5-10 minutes of Zell am See or Kaprun. There are a wide variety of great things to do depending on your taste: culture, nature, sport... All in all, a varied and successful holiday in a beautiful accommodation! Thank you very much!
