Great service and great facility. View from the terrace was so beautiful. Breakfast and dinner was fine. Room service was a bit expensive. Burger was just €14 but the delivery fee was charged €10..

Only stayed the one night but we made most welcome in this huge hotel. Reminds me of a small cruise ship with 220 rooms, so a total of around 500 guests. The dining room is large but the buffet for evening meal starter and breakfast can only be described as “obscene”. There is so much choice, it can take you half an hour just to walk around the huge array of food, I have never seen so much good quality food in one place. You would expect the evening meal not to be that good as they are catering for such a large amount of people but the food is well presented and you really can not fault it. We were given a lovely room, room 315 very modern with a comfortable bed, decent shower and lovely picture window and bed overlooking a beautiful view. The only bad thing was that we hit a hot spell and no air con, sleeping with the windows open let the odd fly and mozzie in at night which was a pain. We were on half board, lots of parking outside (for free) and inside garage (for a fee). We had free access to the huge swimming pool and spa complex and also their own hotel spa area and infinity pool which although so much smaller, we actually preferred. You are allowed access from 9am on the day of your arrival, we arrived at 11am thinking that we could use the facilities and get our room after 3. I think because they were quiet we were offered check in at 11am which was amazingly generous of them, check out is 11am the next day. As I said, the staff were lovely and although a huge hotel we were here in June so did not feel at all manic. Really nice experience but lacked a bit of sophistication if you are wanting something a little bit special. It was my birthday on the day we left and at breakfast they brought hubby and I a couple of glasses of champagne and a lovely chocolate cake with a sparkler on the top which really was a lovely touch (although s bit embarrassing) and actually very much appreciated.

Personal durchweg freundlich und hilfsbereit. Service überwiegend aufmerksam und zuvorkommend mit etwas Luft nach oben. Nette Aufmerksamkeit zum Geburtstag. Kleines Abschiedsgeschenk. Sehr viele Familien mit jungen Kindern und Senioren. Das ist wohl auch die Zielgruppe, die sich hier sehr wohl fühlen wird. Essen vom Buffet leider nur lauwarm. Es gibt nicht jeden Tag dasselbe, was gut oder schlecht sein kann. Frühstück gut Abendessen zwar net angerichtet aber für uns etwas zu schwer und einfach. Auf der Karte ist leider nicht immer erkennbar, was tatsächlich auf den Teller kommt. Allergene, Fleisch und Fisch Kennzeichnung wünschenswert. Bar mit großer Auswahl und groben Preisen. Sonderwünsche werden nach Möglichkeit erfüllt. Zimmer ok. Zu wenige Steckdosen, Leiste im Schreibtisch schwer zu erreichen. Wir hätten uns zumindest auf jeder Seite des Bettes eine gewünscht. Minibar wird täglich kostenlos mit Wasser, Säften und Limonade bestückt. Spa im Hotel sehr schön, Pool gut temperiert. Ausreichend Platz und Liegen. Therme bei weitem nicht so schön wie "unsere" Badewelten. Infinity Rooftop Pool für Day Spa und Hotelgäste sehr schön aber relativ klein. Kostenlose Parkplätze vor dem Hotel verfügbar, Parkgarage 12 € pro Nacht.

We went to the TAUERN SPA Hotel on the recommendation of friends and are grateful for this tip. The hotel and thermal baths are very beautiful and well-maintained. Our room was spacious, comfortable and clean. Lots of storage space and a balcony with a wonderful view were our highlights here. The infinity pool in the hotel offers warm thermal water and a view of the glacier and the Kitzsteinhorn - spectacular! The hotel has its own spa area, and use of the public thermal baths is included in the hotel price. The thermal baths and spa areas are spacious and well-maintained, and have a wide range of options. The massages and infusions (especially in the Bergkristall sauna) were exceptionally good. The plentiful buffets for breakfast and dinner were a real treat for the palate. There was also a large selection of delicious regional products. The staff were all very friendly, courteous and professional. Highly recommended - we would love to come back.

Nice and big, lots of free loungers, water temperatures are great, everything is clean and well maintained, also possible with small children. Lots of different pools, the guests are well distributed. Beautiful view of the mountains, from inside and outside.

Perfect hotel from arrival to the end. Excelent reception. Wonderful spa and dinner. The only drawback is the period. Check in at 4:00 pm, we arrived at 6:00 pm and check out was at 11:00 am and they didn't let us stay a minute longer.
