It is a spa resort. You can swim in the pool, which is very spacious and has many fun facilities, so I am satisfied. There is a separate infinity pool for guests. The mountain view there is really the best. The infinity pool is open from 8 am to 10 pm. The Austrian countryside scenery seen from the window is also beautiful. The green view that greets me when I wake up in the morning makes me feel like I am in nature. I included meals, and the staff was very kind and friendly. The taste of dinner is not very good.

A fantastic hot spring resort with the backdrop of the Alps that can only be booked for one night during the week. Before check-in, you can use the water facilities except for the hotel-only hot spring facilities. The changing room in the basement of the hotel is shared between men and women, so you may be disappointed if you change clothes in front of the locker. It is called a hot spring, but you can think of it as a warm water swimming pool (it smells like bleach), and there is a nude zone, so be careful. There are many beach chairs, so there are plenty of places to rest, and the staff are very friendly. This is the place where the staff was the friendliest during my trip. The minibar in the room is free, the dinner buffet including the course was delicious, and there was a juicer here, which was nice. Seats are reserved for dinner and breakfast, and there is a reservation name card on the table. They give you a small herbal salt as a souvenir when you check out, and these kind of small services make you feel good. The lobby is on the hill about 2nd floor, so I unloaded my luggage and parked for free in the outdoor parking lot below, but later I found out that there is a parking lot accessible by elevator at the bottom of the building. If you are going, please take note..

Great service and great facility. View from the terrace was so beautiful. Breakfast and dinner was fine. Room service was a bit expensive. Burger was just €14 but the delivery fee was charged €10..

Overpriced and disappointing. Very expensive for what you get. So called 12 baths, but that’s kind of creative counting. We’ve seen much better spa’s elsewhere at more reasonable prices. The only good thing was the external bath with view on the mountains.

Room was very hot to sleep, not even get fan on room. Service was very sad after we try to give feedback about hot room. This is not right place to stay in summer if dont like too hot room. Also phillow was bad condition. Location and view was good.

Only stayed the one night but we made most welcome in this huge hotel. Reminds me of a small cruise ship with 220 rooms, so a total of around 500 guests. The dining room is large but the buffet for evening meal starter and breakfast can only be described as “obscene”. There is so much choice, it can take you half an hour just to walk around the huge array of food, I have never seen so much good quality food in one place. You would expect the evening meal not to be that good as they are catering for such a large amount of people but the food is well presented and you really can not fault it. We were given a lovely room, room 315 very modern with a comfortable bed, decent shower and lovely picture window and bed overlooking a beautiful view. The only bad thing was that we hit a hot spell and no air con, sleeping with the windows open let the odd fly and mozzie in at night which was a pain. We were on half board, lots of parking outside (for free) and inside garage (for a fee). We had free access to the huge swimming pool and spa complex and also their own hotel spa area and infinity pool which although so much smaller, we actually preferred. You are allowed access from 9am on the day of your arrival, we arrived at 11am thinking that we could use the facilities and get our room after 3. I think because they were quiet we were offered check in at 11am which was amazingly generous of them, check out is 11am the next day. As I said, the staff were lovely and although a huge hotel we were here in June so did not feel at all manic. Really nice experience but lacked a bit of sophistication if you are wanting something a little bit special. It was my birthday on the day we left and at breakfast they brought hubby and I a couple of glasses of champagne and a lovely chocolate cake with a sparkler on the top which really was a lovely touch (although s bit embarrassing) and actually very much appreciated.
