Sehr schöne und schicke Zimmer. Schränke mit sehr guter Raumaufteilung für Kleidung und Schuhe. Tolles, edel aussehendes Bad. Sehr schöner Wellnessbereich. Tolles Kuchen und Snack Nachmittags Buffet. Abendessen sehr gut. Man wird mit den 3 Gängen sehr gut satt und ist dennoch nicht zu voll gefuttert. Sehr lecker und abwechslungsreich gekocht. Super nettes Personal. Alles ist in dem Haus sehr gut zum Wohl des Gastes organisiert. TOP!!!

Lovely modern and clean hotel just a few minutes walk from the centre of Kaprun. Staff friendly and welcoming. We had a superior room and the balcony had fantastic views. Beds comfortable and bathrooms modern and clean. A lovely cozy feel throughout the family run hotel. Nice bar area and the barman remembered our usual drinks each time which was a nice touch. Around 3pm there are cakes, really yummy, and some sort of nibbles like hotdogs or goulash, great if you’ve just gone from the piste. Restaurant nicely decorated and large selection on the starter buffet followed by choices of mains etc. The pizzas were tasty and great value. The pool area was great for 5/10 mins in the snow then warm up in the sauna or hot tub. A very lovely stay and we will certainly stay again.

Winter/Skiurlaub: Das Hotel liegt zentral in Kaprun, Langlauf und Skiabfahrt auf den Gletscher und den Maiskogel sind fussläufig erreichbar. Zur Schmittenhöhe bei Zell am See kommt man in ca. 20 min und nach Saalbach in etwa 40 min gut mit dem Skibuss. Der Skipass ist im Hotel erhältlich.Das Personal ist immer sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das vielseitige Frühstücksbuffet lässt keine Wünsche offen und auch das Abendessen mit dem Vorspeisen Buffet ( 3-5 Gänge Menü) ist sehr abwechslungsreich und immer super lecker 👍🏻 Den Nachmittags Snack in der Hotel-Bar finden wir auch sehr gelungen, da er nach dem Skifahren den 1. kleinen Hunger bis zum Abendessen gut überbrückt. So kommt man gut über den Tag, ohne noch auf den Skihütten zu Mittag essen zu müssen. Der Wellnessbereich mit 2 Saunen, einen Whirlpool und einem beheizten Aussenpool bietet einem nach einem langen Skitag Entspannung und Erholung. Die Zimmer sind modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet und man hat vom Balkon einen wunderbaren Ausblick auf die Berge. Wir sind nun schon das 6. Mal in diesem Hotel zu Gast und wir haben uns jedes Mal rundum wohl gefühlt.

Super Essen und gutes Preis Leistungs Verhältnis. Schöner Saunabereich und sehr freundliches Personal, das jederzeit auf die Wünsche eingeht. Sehr gerne wieder. Skigebiet direkt nebenan mit super Pisten. Alles ist zu Fuß gut zu erreichen

Wir haben unseren Kurzurlaub sehr genossen. Beim einchecken bekamen wir gleich ein gratis Upgrade unseres Zimmers! Das Essen und die Verpflegung waren super und das Personal überaus freundlich und zuvorkommend. Der Wellnessbereich ist überschaubar aber bietet alles was man benötigt!

Last minute geboekt en het was voor ons voor Oostenrijkse begrippen een tegenvaller voor 4 sterren. Ontvangst nog geen drankje aangeboden na z’n lange reis. Koud bij de receptie met een deur die de hele tijd open gaat. Geen hulp of hulpmiddelen bij het uitladen van de bagage. Ski’s moet je apart in de garage stallen aparte ruimte van de skischoenen. Eten nog nooit zo slecht zelfs de schnitzel was taai. Kleine bar te weinig plaatsen voor het aantal gasten ongezellig en koud voor aan de receptiedeur. Middag snack , soep en keuze uit een gebakje. Dat was het. Sauna was helemaal echt een tegenvaller. Donker, druk met kinderen iedereen in badkleding. Alleen water om te drinken. Het zwembad daar moet je voor buitenom spekglad en ijskoud om er weer uit te gaan. Rustruimte wat bedjes op een rij in de kille gang naar het zwembad. Kamers echt top. Aan alles is gedacht en ruim . Stoelen op het balkon zitten vastgeschroefd aan de vloer. Mijn man kom niet fatsoenlijk zitten zat klem tussen de stoel en tafel met z’n lange benen. Personeel vriendelijk. En de ligging is prima. Alarm aan m’n te kleine versleten badjas. Tafel voor het avondeten nog een oude houten waar wij niet fatsoenlijk aan konden zitten met onze benen. En wij missen het persoonlijke contact.

Rundum zufrieden, dasdPersonal ist sehr freundlich, Der Aussenpool ist eine Attraktion mit anschließender Sauna. Das Hotel ist auch ohne Auto gut zu erreichen mit Bus und Bahn. Essen und Bedienung entsprachen meinen Anforderungen und war lecker. Werde wieder zum Sonnblick reisen.

Great family owned hotel with a warm team of staff ready to support any time. Location is perfect - walking distance to the ski lift where you can store your skis (Maiskogel). Very nice breakfast and half board food + the barmen is always ready to prepare a new cocktail. Kaprun itself is a very nice place with stores, restaurants, after ski opportunities. Outdoor swimming pool is heated as promised at 31-32 Celsius, great !! Only recommendations for improvement : coffee machines or water boiler & tea to be added in the room. Can improve the variety of the starters across the week. Also if textile could be used / allowed / recommended in the spa area would be great. I strongly recommend this place for trips with family and / or friends.
