El personal es malísimo, y no te hacen la vida agradable. Estuvimos esperando al transfer del hotel en la estación de esquí más de una hora. Estaba nuestro cuarto de baño y sucio. En el spa comida tirada sin recoger. No alquiléis material de esquí en el hotel es caro y de mala calidad

I absolutely loved this hotel. The first thing I will say is that the staff go out their way. Nothing is too much trouble. A big shout goes out to JANINE. I must have driven her mad before I even arrived. They were all so helpful. Also to Guilia I believe that’s how you spell her name. On two occasions we had left stuff in the room and the staff collected it and dropped it off for me in the shuttle to Ischgl. That goes above and beyond. Also to Oskar and Colin on the front desk. Alex in the bar. The hotel is very cool and has a great vibe. It’s very stylish. The breakfast is outstanding and we had dinner one night at The saint which was good. The spa is great as is the indoor pool. Very nice after a day on the slopes. Whilst the hotel is slightly out of ischgl the shuttle is very efficient. There was only one occasion where I had to wait a little longer. The hotel realised they had this problem and hired an additional van to accommodate all the extra guests for half term week. If I was to say only two negatives it would be that the rooms are insanely hot. We had to keep the balcony door open the whole time. Also I would prefer not to have babies or at least very young kids jumping in the pool. Prob should be a minimum age restriction Overall I’d highly recommend this hotel and I will be back! 5* luxury on the slopes

Lovely hotel with an excellent restaurant. Usually half board is a bit of a risk but food was excellent. Spa also amazing and a lovely place to unwind after a hard day on the slopes. Out of town - but shuttle transfer works really well and runs most of the day and evening. Will return!

Ich war mit meinen Kindern für 5 Nächte da. Wir waren begeistert vom Hotel. Das Personal ist international, jung und dynamisch. Von der Massage bis zum hervorragendem Essen im Saint haben wir es sehr genossen. Die Zimmer sind schön eingerichtet. Der Spa hat alles, was es nach einem herrlichen Skitag braucht. Die paar KM zu den Gondeln haben uns als eigentliche Ski-in,Ski-out-Fans nicht gestört. Der Shuttle-Service war immer schnell verfügbar. Ischgl ist ein herrliches Skigebiet.

Ich hatte einen wundervollen Kurzurlaub in diesem traumhaften Design-Hotel. Das Personal war unglaublich zuvorkommend und freundlich, ich habe mich von allen herzlich empfangen gefühlt. Das Frühstück und Abendessen waren ein absolutes Highlight und boten super leckere Feinkostspezialitäten. Die Zimmer sind sehr modern, gemütlich und stilvoll eingerichtet. Der Blick auf die Berge machte das Aufwachen im Bett zu einem besonderen Erlebnis. Der warme Spa Bereich lädt zum Abschalten ein. Außerdem gibt es ein kostenloses Shuttle. Ich habe mich rundum wohlgefühlt und werde definitiv gerne wiederkommen. Vielen Dank für diese tolle Erfahrung!
