I had a fabulous stay! The room was spacious, the staff was super friendly and I felt very welcomed. Also the relaxation offers in-house and outdoor were top. I highly recommend this hotel for your next travel, either for a me time like I had, or with your partner for an unforgettable romantic getaway!

Absolut top im Zhero..Vom Hotelmanagment abgefangen über Empfang...Essen war Mega ..der Spa eine Augenweite...komm schon Jahre nach Ischgl...würde sagen mit Abstand bestes Hotel in ganz Ischgl...überragend klasse..Shuttle nach wegen Minuten vor Ort ...Oskar war halt klasse. Das Design ist vom feinsten...so was gibt es in ganz Ischgl nur einmal...kommen wieder...

Stylisches Hotel mit super Service! Das Design des Hotels ist gut durchdacht und bietet Abwechslung zum „klassischen“ Alpenstil. Gastfreundschaft wird hier großgeschrieben, jeder gibt sich große Mühe den Aufenthalt zu etwas besonderem zu machen. Der Hauseigene Skiverleih sowie der Shuttleservice zwischen dem Hotel und Ischgl sind weitere Pluspunkte, die das Gesamtpaket abrunden. Alles in allem ist das Zhero die richtige Adresse für einen Skitrip!

Zeer mooi hotel, zeer goede keuken, de afstand tot Ischgl is geen probleem omwille van de shuttle die regelmatig rijdt, nooit moeten wachten. Personeel is heel vriendelijk en gedienstig. De gasten zijn wat 'posh' maar dat kan je verwachten in deze prijsklasse.

Das Hotel ist in jeder Hinsicht ausgezeichnet. Das Personal war von Beginn an besonders freundlich und angenehm. Auch kulinarisch ist dieses Hotel hervorragend. Das Frühstücksbuffet hat alle Erwartungen, welche für ein 5 Sterne Hotel ohnehin hoch sind, wirklich übertroffen. Auch der SPA -Bereich ist ein Traum. Sauna, Dampfbad, Massage, besser kann es nicht sein. Ohne Zweifel eines der besten Hotels in Mitteleuropa.

We hadden kamer 304 met een extra klein kamer met deur. Dat is echt super handig. De bedden zijn heerlijk als ook de badjas, badkamer , eigenlijk alles in de kamer, service is top. Je kunt ski’s huren die waren ook top als ook de service. Bus service heel goed. Ontbijt top. 1/2 pension is ook een aanrader. Mooie bar en lounge ruimte. Ligging is wel lelijk langs de weg. Op de kamer goede geluidsisolatie. Wij komen zeker terug.
