Enttäuschender Aufenthalt – Betrug mit dem Frühstück Eines der Hauptargumente für meine Buchung war das angebotene Frühstück, das ich zubuchen wollte. Leider war dies vor Ort nicht möglich, was für mich gleichbedeutend mit Betrug ist. Die Mitarbeiter konnten mir keine zufriedenstellende Erklärung geben und schienen nicht einmal gewillt, mir zu helfen. Ich habe mich darauf verlassen, dass ich ein Frühstück dazu buchen kann, aber stattdessen musste ich ohne etwas zu essen starten, was meinen Aufenthalt erheblich beeinträchtigt hat. Wäre ich vorher darüber informiert worden, dass das Frühstück nicht verfügbar ist, hätte ich das Hotel gar nicht erst gebucht. Ich kann dieses Hotel nicht empfehlen und werde in Zukunft definitiv woanders übernachten.
