The room is spacious at the Residence Inn in Kapolei, but if you are looking at the room rate, make sure to add $40/day plus taxes for parking.

Great hotel. Clean in and out. Impressive variety of food for the breakfast

5 star experience. Rooms are spacious and well-designed. Hotel felt very new and clean. Food trucks at night outside the hotel took away any stress on quick dinners.

Stayed at the Residence Inn for a family vacation. Location is good, quieter and less crowded than other areas with access to everything you could need. The staff here is friendly and very attentive. Kharyn, Shayden, and Alfie at the bar were all amazing. The rest of the staff was great as well, I just don’t remember all of their names. Would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone coming to Hawaii but not looking to stay downtown.

I have to say this property is always so kind and friendly. The front desk team member Kharyn is absolutely a welcomed addition to the Marriott brand. She welcomed us to the best check in experience I have ever had. She also checked up on us during our stay to make sure everything was to our satisfaction. Kharyn is the type of team member Marriott should showcase to the customers. The room is always clean and the location is exceptional for any west Oahu activities you have planned. I recommend 100%

I found this hotel, clean, efficient and professional. However, with all the positive things I have to say about this hotel. There is one employee in particular that I’d like to make reference to because of their kind hospitality and thoughtful customer service. After she met all of the needs that my wife and I had. She exceeded our expectation by asking us ; Is there anything else she could do to make our stay more pleasant. I believe employees like hers make customers continue to return over and over again. They are very responsible for your hotel being very profitable. I want to affirm Ashman for going above and beyond her job to care for us as individuals.

Very disappointing experience. I contacted the business office three separate times and never received a callback. When I finally spoke with a property representative, the interaction was condescending and left me feeling unvalued as a guest. I’ve stayed at many Residence Inn properties over the years, but this experience makes me unlikely to stay at this location again.
