Pros: Bed and pillow are very comfy No odd smell in the room The air con in the whole hotel is really cold but it might be due to the cold weather too Cons: The light switches are kinda wonky and really difficult to press The bathtub is kinda small making showering in the tub kinda troublesome The water from the tap and shower takes quite awhile for the temperature to change but it might be also due to the cold weather too (the typhoon just left when i was there) The wifi in the room is really bad and also not wifi 6 Small issue but the switch for the mini fridge is funny cos it is off when there is light and it is on when there is no light on the switch. And you cannot tell whether the fridge is on or off from the fridge itself

I checked in at the International Citizen Hotel International Citizen Hotel in Kaohsiung at 22:35. I was tired and went to bed at 24:00. The room is room 1501. I got up at 5:30 in the morning and went to have breakfast at 6:30. Yesterday's dinner was early around 4:30, so I ate plenty in the morning. Depart the hotel at 7:30 and go to Lotus Pond. Kaohsiung International Star Inn was in Kaohsiung City, but I just slept.

The CP value is super high! Although the name looks old, I was mentally prepared that it would be a very old and traditional hotel, but to my surprise, the environment was very clean and new! They also upgraded our room for free. Breakfast is included (I woke up too late and didn’t eat enough so I can’t comment on the meal) There is a cafe on the first floor, but I didn’t try it today. The attitude of the service staff is very good and considerate. They will ask if they need help calling a taxi, and they will give a towel bear when they leave🐻

The hotel is located next to the Green Corridor Park, Park 2nd Road, Yanfu District, close to the second district and Yanfu Old Town. It takes about 5 minutes to walk to the MRT Yanfu Pu Station. The hotel decoration is simple style, the room area is not very large, but the design is not bad, there is a charging socket at the bedside, and the shower equipment has a shower head and a shower. Surprisingly, the balcony on the higher floor can see Kaohsiung Port and enjoy the sunset of Shoushan. The hotel does not provide breakfast, but there are many breakfast shops around, and there is no problem with dining.

Pretty clean and quiet with lots of space! No odor, fragrance, or smoke smell! The toilets and bathrooms are very clean! The ceiling sound insulation is relatively poor. Heavy footsteps upstairs may cause noise! The restaurant is relatively small, with few seats, and the food is replenished quickly. The food is OK! Disadvantages: Parking is inconvenient and far away! But the price/performance ratio is still high
