The hotel could probably be considered modern 40 years ago... and the room was somewhat kaput (chain lock was broken) and not well-cleaned (lots of hair on the floor, bad smell from toilet bowl, moldy refrigerator...). But the double room I had was spacious and well furnished (wardrobe, tea table and chairs, desk, etc). So it could be considered an inexpensive Saturday alternative (most hotels in Taiwan double or even triple their rates on Saturday), or a little trip down Taiwan memory lane.

It took us 5 minutes from MTR station to the hotel. The room is large enough for us to open 2 large luggages at the same time. For me, there had many different TV channels to watch.
