The homestay picks up self-check-in. The check-in time is from 4 pm to 10 pm. There is no way to contact the service staff immediately after check-in at 9 pm. Call the emergency phone and keep telling you that it is off work time. It is recommended that people who want to stay late must contact the store in advance to avoid panic. Check-in is to contact through the line and have a sticker at the door. The comfort and cleanliness in other rooms are quite good.

This is my second time in Kaohsiung and second time booking my stay here. It’s always a pleasant experience and I love that it’s near Liouhe Night Market where my favorite food vendors are. It’s also near the MRT lines, both red and orange, so going anywhere is very convenient. My trip was shorter this time, but will definitely book my next Kaohsiung trip here again

The hotel is conveniently located, just a 5-minute walk from the elevator exit of Kaohsiung Cianjin Station. 👍 The hotel definitely shows its age. The lobby had a strong aromatherapy scent that felt like it was trying to mask other odors (😅), and the hallways had a peculiar smell. Thankfully, the room itself was fine. While the carpet was stained, the bedding and other linens appeared reasonably clean. This hotel uses a self-service check-in system, with check-in starting at 4:00 PM. Early arrivals can store their luggage at the hotel. Amenities include a paid children's playground and a free swimming pool. In my opinion, the swimming pool is the hotel's best asset, making it an ideal stay for families with children!

I heard from locals that the area around this hotel used to be very bustling, but it's now a bit past its prime. Overall, it was decent. It's well-connected and quite close to the MRT. Just two streets downstairs, you'll find night markets and plenty of places to grab breakfast, which was very convenient. Regarding the hotel's amenities, they felt quite similar to those in Japanese hotels, but the advantage here is that they are noticeably more spacious. There's a good selection of TV channels. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful, assisting us first-time visitors with many issues. I'd consider staying here again next time.

The riverside location offers beautiful scenery. The breakfast restaurant also boasts fantastic window views, making it very pleasant to enjoy breakfast while watching the river. A snack street is just a short walk away. The rooms are quite spacious and have an upscale feel. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit.

A recent refurbished hotel st Ciangin district, just a stop away from Formosa Boulevard station, front desk statf was very helpful to call uber taxi, call up local line for restaurant reservation....also reserved me right required room, tranquil, smoking free, and not down corner end... surprisingly providing us room with 50 square feet podium, very good!!! Breakfast is simple and good for everyday

FX Inn Hotel in Kaohsiung offers a sense of comfort and tranquility. While the rooms are not luxurious in size, they are thoughtfully arranged—bright, clean, and well-kept. The beds are soft yet supportive, allowing guests to wake up refreshed after a restful night. The bathroom and overall environment are equally spotless, with attention to detail that reflects genuine care. The service is another highlight. Staff members are consistently polite, wearing warm smiles and responding promptly to requests. Whether during check-in, check-out, or handling everyday inquiries, they go about their duties with professionalism and attentiveness, creating a truly welcoming atmosphere.

The staff is really friendly. The rooms are spacious and clean. I like the location as it is easy to get to the harbor, Cijin beach, Siziwhan beach, as well as to Central Park and the restaurants and malls around there. There are a few good local restaurants and markets close to the hotel. There is a citybike stop (Youbike) right in front of the hotel, so it is very convenient to get around. The hotel does offer some free snacks and drinks as well as free cocktails in the bar on the second floor.

The bed was extremely hard to sleep on, the pillow was the same as if there was no pillow, the air conditioner kept blowing on my head, the quilt was very thin, and the room smelled like some celebrity toilet water. There were still a few strands of hair on the bed. The counter service attitude is good.

The hotel staff are polite and service-oriented. The facilities are thoughtful, with free coffee and beverage machines. 13/F is open 24 hours a day, allowing guests to bring their own food. The hotel is clean and conveniently located near many convenience stores and supermarkets. Old-fashioned shops such as sesame cakes, braised pork rice, and egg pancakes are only a 5-minute walk away. The hotel is only a 2-minute walk from Qianjin subway station and a 3-minute walk from Liuhe Night Market. I will definitely stay at this hotel next time I come.
