Hotels in Love River, Kaohsiung

This is my second time in Kaohsiung and second time booking my stay here. It’s always a pleasant experience and I love that it’s near Liouhe Night Market where my favorite food vendors are. It’s also near the MRT lines, both red and orange, so going anywhere is very convenient. My trip was shorter this time, but will definitely book my next Kaohsiung trip here again

We have stayed in FX hotel for 4 days. The location is very handy close to subway stations. The hotel provided various food breakfast services. I thought it would be the same every day, but they changed the hot food every day. This is surprising me. The hotel is a bit old and locked maintenance. You can hear the big water noise from the wall. The air conditioning is very loud too. The laundry room is very dirty so we tried not to use it while we were there. The staffs were very friendly and helpful. We can borrow the bicycles from the counters.

This hotel location is superb. Very near to local restaurants, market, convenience stores. It's also a short walking distance from metro station. The breakfast is adequate. The room is spacious and comfortable.

First time visiting kaohsiung and decided to book this hotel upon seeing many good reviews. The location is very near to one of the train station. The staff were all friendly. Sandra was very nice to offer us two pieces of facial mask as we were stucked at the carpark while trying to exit. Very nice gesture. Just that need to take note that the check in time is at 4pm. However they will allow you to wait at there lounge at level 16 with free drinks and small snacks. Do remember to bring your own tooth brush and toothpaste as the hotel do not provide all this. The room was very spacious and clean. They also provide free minibar. Will consider this hotel if I am back to Kaohsiung again

I enjoyed my stay there ,the place was clean no funny smell.The rooms are quiet,I slept very well.The only thing you can improve on is the barrel bolt on the door they were hard to lock the door inside it’s like they need oil in it or something.They were hard and as females we spent like 3 minutes to try to lock it ,some night we didn’t even lock because the locker was hard

The staff is really friendly. The rooms are spacious and clean. I like the location as it is easy to get to the harbor, Cijin beach, Siziwhan beach, as well as to Central Park and the restaurants and malls around there. There are a few good local restaurants and markets close to the hotel. There is a citybike stop (Youbike) right in front of the hotel, so it is very convenient to get around. The hotel does offer some free snacks and drinks as well as free cocktails in the bar on the second floor.

I booked it bc of the kids amenities. I had a nice river view in the room n bathroom. Very comfy and my kids enjoyed playing. Location is also great

It was right next to the MRT Cianjin exit. The room had wooden floors and a large window with a screen that partially opened. There were two bottles of bottled water and two bottles of sparkling water, as well as shampoo, body soap, and hand soap. The shower booth was spacious and had strong, hot water. The top floor was a lounge with a water server, coffee, tea, snacks, fruit, and more. It was the breakfast venue in the morning. There were four rooms on each floor and two elevators, so there was no waiting and it was very quiet. Thank you.

The environment is good, clean and hygienic. I like sleeping very well. The air-conditioning is very cool. There is also a small kitchen downstairs, but it is a pity that there is no bottle opener. Hahaha, I will stay here next time I travel to Kaohsiung.

Comfortable and affordable! It's a short walk from Liuhe Night Market, with paid parking nearby. This hotel is a great place to stay in Kaohsiung. We booked a cheaper windowless room on TripAdvisor, but were upgraded to a corner room for four on a high floor. The hotel has addressed the shortcomings mentioned in the reviews, and the front desk staff proactively facilitated self-check-in. The overall ambiance and air conditioning were satisfactory. There are some hotel parking spaces in front, but they're limited. The outdoor pool and hot tub also satisfied our preferences. The soundproofing was a little lacking, but since we were in a corner room, it didn't affect us. We were very satisfied with our stay and look forward to returning.
