I recently had the pleasure of staying at a wonderful hotel located in close proximity to the airport during my trip to Taiwan. From start to finish, my experience at this hotel was exceptional! Firstly, the hotel's convenient location near the airport made it an ideal choice for transit travelers like myself. The complimentary drop-off service provided by the hotel ensured a hassle-free journey to catch my flight. The efficient and timely transport service offered peace of mind, especially when dealing with early morning departures. When it comes to service, the hotel staff truly went above and beyond. From the moment I stepped into the hotel, I was greeted with warm smiles and a friendly welcome. The reception staff were knowledgeable, professional, and always ready to assist with any queries or requests. Their attention to detail and willingness to accommodate individual needs were truly commendable. Moving on to the rooms, I was pleasantly surprised by the modern, clean, and cozy ambiance. The well-appointed rooms were spacious enough to allow for a comfortable stay. The contemporary decor and tasteful furnishings added a touch of elegance to the overall experience. I particularly appreciated the attention to cleanliness and maintenance, as everything appeared to be in pristine condition. The hotel's amenities further enhanced my stay. The shower was rusty and I used a shower filter that I took just in case. There are mosquitoes in the room and bathroom, so you need mosquito repellent. There are not many breakfasts and the taste is not that good. Overall, it seems to be a cost-effective accommodation for just sleeping.

It's a lot older than I thought, so I was surprised when I checked in and went to the room. However, there was nothing inconvenient, and I was satisfied with the location and the low cost of accommodation.

The location is awesome - right opposite the Kaoshiung Main Station. It makes a lot of places convenient for us to travel to. I also feel that for the price paid, the hotel room is great enough (space, comfort of bed, cleanliness, etc). Things to improve can be more receptive responses from the receptionist and better breakfast options.

Nice hotel for a short stay with minimal luggage. Close to the station, friendly staff. The layout of room was a little odd with the sink right next to the bed.

The location is close to Kaohsiung Station and easy to find! There is a 24-hour convenience store downstairs, and there is also a 24-hour refrigerator and drinks in the lobby. The environment is peaceful! There is enough food for breakfast and the room is tidy! The rent is reasonably priced and you can walk to the nearby Jilin Street Night Market!

The location is excellent, 2mins walk from the station. The staffs are friendly and self check out is quite convenient. The room is clean and quite big. However, the mini fridge is very noisy and disturbed our sleep. Soundproofing can be improved as well, as we can clearly hear people walk and talk in the hall way.

Requested a quiet, non-smoking room, but when I entered the room I found urine stains on the toilet and the room smelled of cigarettes. I opened the window to get rid of the smell and found 4.5 cigarette butts on the windowsill. After I reported this to the hotel, they immediately helped me change rooms. After that, there were constant sounds of people coming in and out of the room next door, and a stranger knocked on my door in the middle of the night. The noise lasted all night and didn't stop until 2 a.m. . It felt like several consecutive rooms were occupied by people who knew each other and played until late at night, so it didn't feel very comfortable staying there.

We stayed here overnight before going to Tainan the next day. It's located on a quiet street a few minutes' walk from the train station. From there, it's easy to walk to the main streets for normal shopping needs. The desk person was very friendly, spoke English, and later brought an extra blanket to our room when we called and asked for it. The room itself was spotless and everything worked properly. The bathroom had a bath tub as well as a shower. I found the bed comfortable and slept well. We used the breakfast buffet the next morning, and found the room to be large, clean, and pleasant. The range of food was not spectacular, but this is not an expensive top-tier hotel. The food was perfectly adequate for a decent breakfast, and the staff continued to be friendly and helpful. There is also a small gym room which I did not get a chance to use. It's not a full-size gym, but there's enough equipment to have a pretty complete workout -- certainly good enough for someone who is traveling. If I am in Kaosiung again, I will definitely revisit this hotel.
