Kaohsiung Yancheng District Hotels

There was the emergency exit sign right inside our room, which was giving off light. Other than that, the room overall was pretty nice and had all the necessary amenities. I was pleasantly surprised to find a laundry room in the hotel 24/hrs. No convenience stores in sight of the hotel, would have to walk a while.

This hotel is quite busy, likely due to its location at Pier 2, a popular area with tourists. The check-in and check-out process is impressively efficient and automated, taking just a minute, which I appreciated. The breakfast area was definitely the highlight of the stay—there was a great variety of food and coffee, with small changes every day to keep it interesting. The hotel also offers a self-laundry service for TWD100, which is convenient. On the downside, there were a few issues with the room. The bed was uncomfortable, as it sank too much, and the bedsheets and towels appeared a bit greyish. The bathroom had an unpleasant smell and was very mouldy, which made the overall experience less enjoyable.

Had to stay an additional night due to a typhoon. Couldn't think of a better hotel to do that. Gym and the VIP Lounge were nice.

Conveniently located next to the Love River, somewhat outdated facilities, good service, close to neighbors, answer in the morning, but provide earplugs, overall acceptable, including breakfast.

The interior of the room is clean and the location is great. It will be my first choice hotel next time I travel to Kaohsiung. The reception staff had a good attitude and the lobby was clean and tidy. The parking management staff's guidance and service in guiding vehicles to park is excellent.

The hotel feels very new, and the service staff are very friendly. They will help with parking issues when you check in. From 3pm to 10pm, they provide afternoon tea with coffee, juice, biscuits, tea eggs and other snacks. The room is spacious, comfortable and bright. The TV is very new and of a moderate size with many programs. The wireless network is very fast. The breakfast restaurant is a little small, but there is a seat without waiting. Although there are not many meals, they are all delicious. It is my first time staying here and I am very satisfied. I will come again in the future.

The location is convenient and close to the MRT. There are also snacks around. It is not far to walk to the Pier-2 Art Center. There are also duck meat treasures. The old business district is more unique. The price is cheap, I will stay again next time

Absolutely loved the stay! The room was a bit small, but none-the-less enough for use~ the designs are pretty modern with plently of murals! Washroom is clean and doesn’t smell, however because of the recent legislation about reducing waste, this hotel, along with many others, do not offer toiletries. However, they have cups (for toothbrushes), towels and slippers. There is also a mini fridge and a safe in the room. What I absolutely love about the room is that they have universal plugs and a decent amount of usb plugs to allow for multiple charging! Absolutely wonderful! They also have an amazing entertainment area/lobby on the 2nd floor as well as a self use laundromat in the basement. (Washer is free and they provide detergent, but the dryer is 50NT to use for 40mins ish. If you want to use the dryer, bring coins) The receptionists were really nice and took the time to explain everything in detail. They also speak English, for those who need it. Location is wonderful~ there is a 7/11, Family Mart and Watsons near by, all within walking distance. And a stupid amount of restaurants near by. Great place to stay all in all, if you’re not planning to stay in the hotel :)

this is a great stay. great location, quiet and easy to get to a lot of the sights on Cijin, KW2 and Pier2 while just a short ride away from the central business district. the room itself is really clean, neat, quiet and spacious. the rooms don’t have a lot of nature light but it makes up for it with a lot of spot lighting. smart toilet, ample room to maneuver in the washroom.

I think this stay is just for one night, and everything is there. But the hair dryer is a little weak, but Netflix is ​​available, which is a plus. I think the room cleaning can be improved. The towels have been used and they need to be replaced. They have become very thin after washing. The curtains also seem to have not been washed. It is true that it is a river view room, but it feels low to open the window and see the air conditioner. It is also good to provide small items in the public area. Except for the cheap price and the close proximity to Love River, there is probably no reason to stay here again😁
