It was terrible. I left my backpack at the hotel and found out that NT$6,000 was missing from the NT$10,000 I left. I sent an email to the hotel but they never responded... It was a very annoying experience.

The hotel has good service and is the first choice for receiving guests from abroad.
The hotel is located in the city center, very close to the Cultural Center and Weiwuying.
It is very convenient to arrange for people who come to Taiwan to hold events or work.
The service staff are great! Especially late at night, the receptionist at the lobby door was super nice and enthusiastic, and really made the guests who returned to the hotel late at night feel distinguished. thank you!

Sometimes on lees hotel has event then it is hard to get the 2 twin beds room, and we have to booked the 2 queen beds room which need to book 4 breakfasts

We made a last-minute reservation on that day because I had a three-month-old baby with me. The staff at the counter saw that a bottle sterilizer and a crib were required on the order, so they quickly asked the staff to bring them to us.
The room is very clean and the space is large
The crib is very comfortable and my son slept well at night 👍
The water pressure in the bathroom is sufficient and the bathtub is very comfortable.
Lots of choices for breakfast
I will definitely visit again if I have the opportunity in the future.

I went south to study for a short three days and stayed in this time-honored hotel by myself.
The experience is really good, clean, and the bed is very good to sleep on (but those who are used to soft beds may not like it). The service is also very good~
The only drawback is that the room still uses a key lock instead of an electronic lock.
And it automatically locks as soon as the door is closed.
It’s easy to accidentally lock yourself out.
Then the air conditioning in the hotel lobby is a bit hot, but the air conditioning in the guest room area is strong enough~
