訂房的時候備註了高樓層，酒店很果斷爽快的拒絕了，這是我在携程訂房最糟的一次。房間的硬件實話說是不錯，乾淨、配備浴缸，但這個價位的話，這些都是基本。訂房時備註了高樓層，酒店這邊拒絕了但辦理入住時沒有解釋過甚麼，當時是沒有人排隊的。到我拿著房卡進到房間後，我打開携程才發現，5-15樓的房間，它分配了6樓。我馬上聯繫携程客服，客服態度非常良好，幫我跟酒店溝通，但酒店只是說這個房型每層一間，高層的房間已有人續住。那我想請問一下，我辦理入住的時候為甚麼不說？再重申一次，我後面是沒有人排隊的，整個前台3個人，1個登記入住，另外2個在聊天，可能是我對這個價位的酒店服務質素有誤解，我以前入住相若價位的酒店，哪怕是不能滿足我的要求，也會跟我解釋，而不是視若無睹。只能說，在慶生入住這個酒店只能失望，如果要求不高，大家還是可以考慮的。

入住1301 海景4人家庭房，房間很大， 𥦬外高雄愛海風景優美，浴室乾濕分離， 有浴缸熱水和水力很強， 酒店早餐豐富。
店大堂有坑渠味道很重， 令客人對酒店感覺不衛生， 其實房間入面不會有味道， 房間很乾淨的， 坐電梯上房，出電梯燈光昏暗， 左手邊就是1301， 但指示不清晰， 希望酒店改善。

飯店整體位置很方便，離高流很近，設施環境跟房價都讓人挺滿意的～
但這次唯一覺得需要改善的是飯店一進門入口的氣味，一直有個「廁所味」，很重很重，會讓人一進門就忍不住皺眉一下的那種，真的是會有點小扣分🥲
