Except for the parking space, everything else is great

The facilities are relatively old, the environment is good to the sea, the counter service staff is very friendly, the transportation to the light rail bus MRT station is convenient, about 10 minutes, the parent-child park is good, and the afternoon tea is given, although there are not many varieties

The hotel accommodation, food and facilities were excellent, the rooms were just a little dusty, and there was a children's playroom and free afternoon tea.

When I checked in at the hotel counter, the attitude of the customer service staff was normal. After I checked in, I said that the bathtub was not cleaned much (dirt) and was not wiped clean. I called first, but after more than 10 minutes, I still didn't wait for someone to deal with it, so I went downstairs to the counter to ask if I could change rooms. It was true that the room was full that day. A lady replied that she could understand (I also said that we would trouble you to clean it for us because we have to go out now). There was a male service staff next to him who directly told the female service staff to return it to him~return it to him???? It made her seem like a bad customer. I was right next to them and they still had such an attitude. I really can't praise the service attitude of your hotel. The bathroom curtains and shower equipment are moldy and need improvement, and the small counter for draining water is also covered with dust. It's really shocking.
