I don't have very high standards for hotels, but as long as they are clean, tidy, have no odor, and wash properly, I think the price is worth it. But this time, when we stayed for two nights, we smelled a strong damp smell as soon as we entered the room. It was a smell that could not be ignored. Then, the hot water ran out halfway through the shower. The front desk said that the boiler was broken and asked us to change the room. At first, they tested the hot water source in the new room and thought that room had hot water, so we immediately packed our luggage and moved to another room. I thought I would take a shower the next morning but it still wasn’t fixed.. I had to start my trip without taking a shower (luckily it was winter and I didn’t sweat much), and everything was back to normal when I got back to the hotel that night 😀 The gentleman at the counter was very proactive in helping us solve the problem and change the room, thank you very much🙏🏻
