The smell of cigarettes is really bad. I've asked them for a no smoking room and they didn't even read my message.
I arrived at the hotel and at the time I opened the room's door I felt the smell of cigarettes and I went straight to the counter to ask for another room because they didn't pay attention to what I asked them the receptionist told me the hotel was full and she could help me giving me a full refund but I couldn't find anything place to stay so I slept there and they told me that they could clean and they did but you know, cigarettes smell is really bad to disappear so just pay attention when booking.
