I stayed there for a few days during the Chinese New Year, and one day the air conditioner suddenly broke down. The front desk clerk told me to open the window and wait until the morning for someone to come and fix it? I was a little dumbfounded. I asked if I could change rooms, and they said the air conditioner on that floor was probably broken. I didn't know what to do. Then I thought, forget it, it's too late, let's wait until the next day. Fortunately, it wasn't very cold during the Chinese New Year, so it was ok to open the window.
