I was very impressed with this hotel in Kenya. From the reception to the check-out, every staff showed great professionalism and hospitality. The hotel is surrounded by beautiful environment and is an ideal holiday destination. Highly recommended to all travelers to Kenya!

I visited the sentrim Elementaita on a spontaneous getaway from Nairobi to just catch a break from the city hustle. First thing is it's only slightly over two hours away from Nairobi which is just the right amount of driving for such a break. Secondly, it's located right off the main highway if you are not too bothered by the dirt road to the resort. But on to the meat of my review. 1. Service is above par, special mention goes to Charles, Gideon, Kelvin and Evans who made me feel like a king at whose beck and call they attend to. 2. The food was amazing and which is well ip to standard to the best hotels in the city. 3. The lake views and the variety of birds, something every human should experience a least once in a lifetime. 4. The bed was comfortable, hot water was hot enough and the rooms quite large. Would I go again, absolutely yes. Is the pricing right, yes it is based on level of service. So a very very nice hotel correctly prices.

Perfect family break at the Sentrim Elementaita Lodge. Upon arriving, we were amazed by the view of Lake Elementaita from the open reception with the Sleeping Warrior hill in the background. Our rooms were made available as quickly as possible. We had booked the lake view deluxe cottages. As we requested a joint balcony we were given the unit with interconnecting rooms which were great for the kids to play with each other. The rooms were spacious, beds very comfortable and clean bathrooms with all amenities. The restaurant was very accommodating in special requests and preparing meals for our toddler. Food quality at the buffet was excellent for all meals. The drinks at the bar are reasonably priced and have a great atmosphere with music throughout the day whilst you enjoy a swim overlooking the lake with a view of different birds. Overall the grounds are well maintained and many outdoor seating areas including a kids play area. Service was fantastic and a special thanks to the GM Vinay, Gideon, Chef Mutinda, Charles and our waiter Gitahi for making our stay a pleasure. Will definitely be booking this property amongst others in the Sentrim portfolio again.

I have never felt so warmly welcomed or pampered at an hotel before. The staff were very attentive to every need: checking that I and family were comfortable, spoiling us with food, taking unexpected food orders. There was a variety of tasty food for every palate, and on our early morning safari trip, the hotel made us a great packed breakfast and saw us off. The grounds were beautifully kept and we experienced the Kenyan sunset and sunrise. My room was clean and spacious with views of the lake. On our last night we had massages in the spa suite!!! The massage was out of this world and, I found that I had no swelling in my legs on the flight back. Each of us recounted a great massage experience despite the fact that she did 5 in a row one after the other. My regret is that couldn’t stay longer. I definitely recommend a stay in this hotel/lodge.

We stay for 1 night. They have lots of guest at that time. Good size room. Bumpy road before you reach hotel. The view of the lake is good though it was cloudy that day.Buffet is good. Staffs are very good and accommodating. Overall it was a good stay.

Very nice ambience, very helpful staff. They provided us best experience. First day we missed lunch due to late entry ... To compensate that I requested packed lunch at the time of check out . They did it very happily . What an ambience! You guys are awesome !

I really loved the ambience,the sumptuous fresh food and their customer service. The staff are patient,considerate and very welcoming Just to improve on the internet which wasn't working for the period I was there. I won't mind going back there and recommending it to my friends.

We had an upstairs room which was lovely but we did misplace which room we were! There were no room number signs at the bottom of the stair case. Unfortunately it rained when we stayed so we could not enjoy the outside area. There were great views of the lake.
