this hotel is value for money with good parking facility. On the day of checkout, at 8.30am we told that we are going to rock memorial and want to use washroom later. Hotel informed that it is going to take 3-4 hrs. we surrendered the key and told that if we come back by 12 pm we will use room and if we are delayed then hotel will make arrangement to use washroom elsewhere to which hotel agreed. we came back at 1.30pm but hotel gave our room key for us to freshen up. Thank you Tri Seas Hotel
