Location was excellent. Very near the Kanyakumari Amman temple, Vivekananda rock and also sunset point (travel in electric buggy from nearby place).
No food is available inside but some restaurants are therealmost next to the property.
Parking available just opposite.
The room (standard a/c) was just okay. I thought the room was a bit small.
Hotel people were responsive.

Property location is charming, close to the see shore. Views to three occians, Vivekananda rock and Thiruvalloor statue are most attractive from the rooms. The receptioni ww 1st, room attendents are caring the occupied guests. TV set, Intercom are not functional. Room is not fully dust free and A/C is functional, but not so powerful.
Tea maker, tea/ coffee powder, drinking water, hot water for bathing etc are good. No power failure and Lift is also useful. No restaurant but infront of it, a good hygienic veg restaurant is providing food. All together the stay was confortable.

Two major issues I faced are :
1) I have booked FAMILY NON AC room, but they have provided a room in the basement. Though during booking or in the booking details no where it was mentioned it will be a basement room. Moreover there is no lift available for the basement.
2) For the deluxe room I need to wait till 12PM, although I mentioned during booking that I need early check in.
