Staff is very friendly and very helpful.. My family and I had gotten stranded in Hays,Ks due to my alternator going out on our vehicle the day of Christmas, The manager was so very kind and to work with us on a room and all that... Will deffinantly be staying there again if ever n Hays.

My husband and I were on our way home to Oklahoma from Colorado. The room was better than our expectations, the desk clerk extremely courteous and friendly. Definitely on our list of repeat visits to return in the future.

The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The person at the desk was professional and addressed our needs promptly. Being senior citizens, he gave us a room on the first floor so we didn’t have to use the stairs. The breakfast was also great. If we are ever in Hays again, this hotel will certainly be our choice to lay our heads for the night.

Overall clean room and comfortable beds. Perfect for a quick overnight stay. It's an older property and active roaches were an issue, especially in the bathroom.

I chose DaysInn in Hays, Kansas, because they offered smoking rooms. Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay. The service was great, the room was clean and comfortable, but they should have a coffeemaker in the room. It would also benefit the hotel to have discounts for senior citizens.

Motels are not hotels. That being said, I expected something nicer for the price. Flying ants in the bathroom, room is smelly and floors are not clean, toilet is leaking, main door needs to be weather stripped so you can tell the outside sir and see light around the edges of the door. Breakfast items are sub par. Bed linens seemed clean.

Always a reliable stay. The space available to walk our dogs is fantastic. This time there was a large moving truck, belonging to a guest staying near to our room, that started up and left early in the morning. Not the hotel's fault, though I wish I had foreseen this problem and asked for a different room. Also, this stay our there was a considerable amount of dust on the bedside lamp. Seems that the cleaners regularly miss this spot, which doesn't give me a great deal of confidence that the other areas are well cleaned.
