This hotel location was good and it close to some restaurant. The cleaningness was very satisfactory. Breakfast was good.

It was a place to sleep across from Kauffman Stadium. That’s what we needed. The Wi-Fi was not very good in the room which was a huge bummer. There were minimal towels too. Breakfast was good though.

Walking distance to Royals and Chiefs games. Rooms are clean and quiet. Missed the breakfast but it gets good reviews.

The hotel is rather old, and the rooms on the first floor had an unpleasant odor. Breakfast, however, did include hot food.

DO NOT STAY HERE!! Within minutes of arriving, our car window was broken by their lawn crew. We were eventually fully reimbursed, but only after threatening legal action. The hotel GM was very dishonest and unprofessional through the whole process. As a whole, the Hotel Lotus is very run down and dirty. The TV in the room did not work, the bathroom was filthy and everything on the property just seemed very old. While location is convenient if going to the stadiums, do yourself a favor and stay elsewhere!
