People at front desk checking guests in and out are very friendly. No bath towels in the room.When we arrived we had to ask for them And then had to go to the front desk to get them. The room smelled very musty And had hairs in the bath tub. Location is good with lots Is a fast food restaurants easy to grab a quick bite. Hotel has snacks and drinks for sale. Coffee and juice Available 24/7.

La Quinta at KC Airport is a good “value” compared to other hotels. The hotel/rooms are clean and the service is good. Breakfast is served. Noise can be heard from neighboring rooms and rooms above but it was reasonable. There were concerns that an airport hotel would have loud airplane noise but that is not the case. Overall it was a good stay.

This was one of the dirtiest hotels I've ever stayed in. Whoever mopped the tile floor just pushed the dirt around with some water. I didn't want to go barefoot (with socks on) in the room. There were hairs on the shower wall that did not belong to me or my partner. The atmosphere was not welcoming and honestly made me uneasy.

Fire alarm went off and staff was more concerned of the fire department fee than the welfare of the guest. Pool was less than clean and very cold. Room wasn't completely clean (shower, refrigerator). Past guest items still in refrigerator and molding. Not a hotel I will ever stay at again, and I will be need another stay soon in the KC area.

We checked in and the first room they gave us had just been ozonated. We clearly couldn't stay in it with a heavy, hazy fog through the entire room. The next room the moved us to had hair all over the bathroom and large urine stains on both beds. We went down and asked for a refund. The front desk was accommodating... as they do not do the housekeeping.

The property is clean, it is quite safe, they only need to change some things such as changing the towels daily and cleaning daily, I was 3 days and they did not change the towels or clean my room as in other hotels, but the stay was good

Very friendly, The beds are comfortable and the pillows are so fluffy . We will definitely stay again! It is clean . Close to all attractions . 24 hour coffee and juice . There is an outlet mall in Kansas city only 20 minutes away and the Kansas city Chiefs stadium is 20 minutes which we went and took a tour of the stadium overall a great weekend getaway 😀
