Conveniently Located Responsiveness of owner is fantastic. House was clean and newly remodeled There were 8 of us, and other than a couple of teenagers complaining about uncomfortable futons, it suited us well. The VRBO required deposit of $3000 is extremely high, however I believe this is a VRBO issue, not the owners.

CCC This was a really nice property with plenty of room. I was able to cook a full Thanksgiving meal with no problem. The only thing that could have been better is the refrigerator. It didn’t get very cold and the lights did not work on the inside. The bulb in the freezer seemed to have mold on it. Other than that this was an excellent property to stay and the neighborhood was also good.

Cute and clean Clean, older home near Legends Mall. No washer/dryer on property. Very cute furnishings and comfortable beds. Overall met our needs.

Perfect for family getaway We stayed at this property for a wedding weekend and it was the perfect size for our family of 5. The refrigerator does not have an ice maker but there are ice trays. We just put our water in the refrigerator. There were not many towels or face cloths so we had to be mindful that everyone had a towel. Other than that the home was tidy. There was some dust but nothing terrible. If you have a large vehicle the driveway is tight but manageable. The property has an alarm system which is wonderful. Overall we enjoyed our stay and we would book again in the future if we return to KC.
