Excellent hotel, great staff specially Abhijeet at the reception made sure our stay was smooth very helpful Also chef sanjeev is excellent must try his chocolate pancake specially made for our son We enjoyed our stay here and highly recommended

I had a terrible experience during my stay at landmark hotel. The hotel was in the middle of a renovation on one of the floors. I understand work going on the floor during the stipulated morning, afternoon and evening hours. But to our dismay, the work continued till 2/3 am on both the nights of our stay. We could not sleep due to the constant drilling and civil work. I called the reception numerous times and separately had a word with the reception about this, but there was no help at all. The usual response was that they will do something about it. However, there was no improvement at all. The staff at the reception area lacked any responsibility and were utterly useless in this situation. The only good thing about our stay was the breakfast. The spread was really good and the serving staff was extremely courteous.

We are staying here ie 3-4 days all eminities are very good rooms are very awasome and each and every thing is very perfect. Specialy food is very good dinner, breakfast, lunch all are very good. I think this hotel is the best hotel in kanpur. You should also come and enjoy each and everything. Staff name chef Sanjeev Kumar is the best in his role and if you stay here you should have to meet him. He is very calm and gentle for his cooking and his methodology is the best you will enjoy it.

I booked the landmark hotel through MMT app which was only 5 star hotel available in kanpur .
I received a very warm welcome there . Room services were provided such as food , laundry, shoe cleaning etc. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort, remembering my preferences and greeting me by name. The suite was immaculate, with plush bedding, a breathtaking city view, and every amenity I could need. Dining at 10 th floor ( I don't remember name)was a highlight—every dish was a culinary masterpiece!"
