Very poor cleanliness and dirty beddings. Now drinking water available. Mattress damaged, pillow is also poor condition. Property is also old and unmanaged.

Room service was very good. Staff was polite and prompt. Cleanliness was was also good. Mr abhay singh at reception was very friendly and helpful. Location is excellent as food street and metro station are few at steps. Maintanence and upgrade of hotel seems overdue, shows omers reluctant in this.

Location is easily available as the property is just at the side of chat churaha, swaroop nagar kanpur. The behavior of staff members is also very good.
