Room was not as described, breakfast just had bread and butter and the hotel asked money for basic amenities like soap, dental kit and water. Overall not suitable for people travel-ling on business trips or with family or a couple. Solos that might like the stay would be perfect for them.

For ₹4000 per night, it’s not worth it. 1) No kettle was provided, and when I requested one, the staff handed me an old, dirty kettle, which I had to return. 2) The blanket for the extra bed was old and dirty, with no cover. 3) The towel provided looked old and unclean. 4) And the list goes on...

The room smelled, bathroom smelled also not cleaned up. Bedsheets were bad. Only pro was people were nice thats all. Will i get 1400 discount now!

The worst experience ever
they didn't provide a dental kit, the water bottle is chargeable(no complimentary water bottle as others. For breakfast their juice is also chargeable(70- for a glass of a processed juice. The laundry system is also not available in the hotel(they send clothes to the outer side for laundry.

Location was at a place brahmanagar, a bit of a walk from gum-ti no. 5. Food was so so, a bit costly for guests who are on a budget, taste was good, almost no housekeeping, friendly staff.

The hotel is under construction right now and all the areas are poorly lit. There is no ventilation in the room and in the bathroom. The room stinks, beded sheets are dirty. Overall a bad experience.
