It was neat and clean hotel. Staff was very polite and co-operative. Food rates very cheap. Complimentary breakfast was good with variety of items. Liquor rates in bar was very affordable. Overall stay experience was good

The Rooms Were Pretty Cool And The Room Management Was On Time And Done in a Neat Way. The Complimentary Breakfast Was On Point And The Attender Shabnam And All Others Were Really Helpful.A Memorable Experience Over Here...Food Was Also Very Tasty

The pillows could be more comfortable, but everything else was excellent. The staff was very friendly, especially Ravish, who was exceptionally kind and attentive. The location is convenient, and the cleanliness is outstanding. Without a doubt, this is the best hotel in Kanpur!

The food and ambience is excellent even the service was commendable .The atmosphere was awesome request for thee dish apart from the menu was humbly fulfilled. Really enjoyed the experience seeing to visit again thanks for a perfect anniversary celebration

The hotel stay is amazing with great offer and food. Hospitality is too good with Shabnam doing the best services. Food variety is also awesome to choose from Indian, continental and Sprouts. Went to the hotel exactly during the 7th anniversary and the reception was fantastic
