I visited last month ( June). It was pretty busy as the flight I came into Kano had a couple of passengers from my flight at the same hotel lobby also trying to check in, ( I took that as a good sign) as this was my first trip to Kano. Rooms were moderately priced, rooms are "ok-sized". Clean and no weird smells. AC and TV worked just fine. Breakfast is not complimentary. You need to pay for it, the food was nice though. Meal choices were limited, as not everything listed on the menu was available. So I ended up just having to select from what was available which wasn't much. On the whole great place for the price and suitable for a short stay, any longer and I would have been frustrated with the limited menu choice or resort to looking for restaurants outside the hotel. It rained through the night on my 3rd night, there obviously is a leak somewhere as I had a constant dripping sound all through but no obvious water dripping in the room.

The location is quite a good one within a quiet neighborhood. Can’t say the same about the room you will get because both times I visited the hotel, construction work to expand the facility was ongoing so there was noise within the building. Not bad enough to cause a major disturbance except your aim was to stay indoors all day. Getting checked in can take a while. Not sure why it took over 20 mins each time. Never tried their food or Wi-Fi. Rooms are decent but for a hotel that’s relatively new (compared to Kano classics), I fear for its long term maintenance given the way some fittings in the newer sections are holding out. I’ll keep staying here in the meantime but if service deterioration starts, I’m switching.

I am seriously disappointed after i was referred by someone who spoke highly of your hotel, to make my reservation with you for my trip to Kano, only to receive the worst treatment ever. The staff who answered my call was kind and courteous however, a few minutes into talking with him, I overheard his supervisor enquiring who was on the other end, the young man tried to explain that it was a customer who was trying to make reservations for next week Friday and the supervisor outrightly told the staff to stop wasting time talking to me, and the young man dropped the call on me unceremoniously without any form of apology or explanation. I am so appalled by this rude attitude of your staff and i wonder where they got their own training from.
