Avoid if you can. We booked rooms from 6th April evening 5:pm to next day 5:00 pm. we checked in at 6:00 pm and at 7:00 pm water supply stopped. The water was not available until the next day morning 6:00 am. The water again stopped at 8:30 Am. As we are unable even to go to the toilet, we asked for refund, so we can book some nearby resort. The management however not willing to pay the money back or not able to restore water supply. There was a big arguments with staff and the staff were so immune to any shouting from the customers. Finally I have to call the Managing director and and shouted at her. She does not have the simple logic that as a 4star resort, if they can not provide the service they must refund the money to customers.
