We arrived after dark and didn't know where to have a BBQ, but when it got light in the morning, we looked outside and saw a staircase leading down to the left of the building, where there was a BBQ space. Tableware is provided, but the chopsticks are wooden, so if you are concerned about this, it is a good idea to bring disposable chopsticks or similar. The sponges used to wash the dishes are reused from the previous person's. The toothbrushes were individually wrapped, but the toothpaste was only shared with the previous person. There were no body sponges, and there was a net-type one shared with the previous person. There are no tables or baskets in the changing room to put clothes, etc. The bathtub does not have a reheating function, so if there are a lot of people, the last person to use it will end up with lukewarm water, so be careful. I am a bit of a worrier and a bit of a clean freak, so I was concerned about the above and brought my own amenities, but if you don't mind, all the amenities are provided. There is no drink other than tap water. It is a place that goes around and around the mountain path, and there are no convenience stores, supermarkets, or vending machines nearby, so it is a good idea to prepare the things you need before you go.
