Stayed in a Beach Pool Villa, and was perfect! Room was spacious, clean, modern design, with all the comforts, big bathroom. The island is amazing, with a lot of vegetation, and many activities, you never get bored there, but if you want to relax you can also have your privacy. Food was delicious, but above all I loved the Crab Shack for the great food but also for its location on the sandbank, so unique! Loved the atmosphere on the island, the staff in all the outlets and departments are always kind and smiling, such a friendly atmosphere, you feel like at home. A special thank you to Ahmed, our butler, really an angel, always ready to help in every moment, kind and professional. People like Ahmed and the team make sucj a difference, thank you!!

I recently stayed at Finolhu and had an exceptional experience from start to finish. Warm hospitality truly stood out - warm, attentive and genuine. Properly is stunning offering a great mix of comfort, elegance and relaxation. Peaceful atmosphere, great animation team and shows, number of social events, well kept surroundings and thoughtful touches by the team at every stage of the journey! The food is another highlight, especially Crab Shark - Mahi - Mahi - loved it! And desert 🙂Thank you all for your hospitality and looking forward to coming back!

The location is phenomenal, everything is very clean and presentable. The food was very well presented, clean and delicious. Staff are very hospitable. We had a personal butler who assisted and aided us throughout the whole trip, very friendly and catering to our needs. Her name was Asma, phenomenal work. All the staff that we came across at this resort were very nice, attention to detail, friendly and fun to chat with! We feel the need to specially mention a few that stood out the most for us, Nandu, Ameen and Ashfaan made our stay so much better than it needed to be. Overall excellent resort and cannot fault this place one bit.

Finolhu Baa Atoll was AMAZING! We came here from May 13-21st for our honeymoon! Don’t fret. Even though it’s rainy season we still had more beautiful days than rainy ones. The food is great! And the entertainment is also nice! The resort is amazing and the staff is lovely! They made us feel super welcome and comfortable. From landing in male to arriving to our villa they did everything in their power to make us feel appreciated. I cannot recommend this resort enough!

Finolhu was the perfect place for my wife and I to celebrate our honeymoon! From the food/drinks to the staff to the facilities, this resort had everything to offer. Some of our highlights includes the floating breakfast, the Romance couples massage, and the art studio to pass time on rainy days. Aflaah was a wonderful host to us, as he took care of all of our activities, dinner reservations, and transport. He truly made our experience seamless and as relaxing as possible. We cannot thank him enough! Samey was also an amazing member at the restaurants. He was very fun to talk to and always gave us incredible food and drink’s recommendations. We especially loved the dinners at Kanusan. The breakfast every morning was also incredible, especially the made to order French toast! It was always a pleasure to greet the gentleman behind that station each morning, as he became familiar with my order. Yashika from the art studio was also fantastic. We are so thankful for her guidance while we painted magnets and mini canvas. Overall, this resort can truly accommodate anyone. Whether we wanted to be lazy and sit in our overwater villa (which was breathtaking) or go around the island attending their numerous activities, we could. Even on days where it rained, the resort had alternative activities for us to do. We highly recommend staying at Finolhu and can’t wait to return in the future.

Wir waren inzwischen 8x auf den Malediven, immer auf anderen Inseln, außer heuer - heuer waren wir zum ersten Mal als Wiederholungstäter auf Finolhu. Letztes Jahr durften wir die ganzen Vorzüge dieser Insel genießen und heuer wieder - und sogar noch ein Stück weit mehr. Finolhu bietet alles, was man sich (bzw. wir uns) von einem Malediven-Urlaub wünschen: Ruhe, Erholung und eine wahnsinnige Herzlichkeit und Wärme! Ich versuche mich kurz zu fassen und ein paar Punkte/Personen besonders hervorzuheben: --＞ Wir hatten eine Privat Beach Pool Villa auf der Sonnenuntergangsseite - Nr. 516! Unser "Zimmerjunge" Haanim war wirklich top - ein großes Lob! Er kam 2x am Tag, putzte, wischte, zog das Bett um, füllte das Wasser auf usw. Auch "Kleinigkeiten", wie er Bürste, Kamm, usw. ordentlich hinlegte, das Bett immer wieder schön dekorierte usw. Wirklich Top! Und auch menschlich wirklich ein feiner Kerl. Höflich und sehr herzlich! --＞ Restaurant/Kitchen Beach: u.a. ein Hauptgrund für unsere Wiederkehr: Durch meine Glutenunverträglichkeit muss ich beim Essen aufpassen und mir sicher sein. dass ich in guten Händen bin. Bei Chef Suresh war und bin ich mir immer zu 1000% sicher! Er verwöhnte uns von vorne bis hinten. Ergebnis ein paar Kilogramm mehr auf ein Rippen :-) Suresh - mach weiter so! Wir kommen wieder :-) Danke auch an Bernard und sein Team in der Küche - ihr macht das wirklich spitze! Die Auswahl, die Organisation, die Qualität - nicht zu toppen! Ebenso sind alle Mitarbeiter des Restaurants positiv hervorzuheben: Von der Begrüßung am Eingang bis hin zu allen Mitarbeitern im Service. Bitte verzeiht, dass ich keine Namen aufschreibe, wir konnten uns leider nicht alle merken, denn eigentlich müssten hier alle namentlich erwähnt werden. Wir können uns nur wiederholen: Die Herzlichkeit, ein Lächeln auf den Lippen, bisschen Small-Talk, ein paar Späßchen - das gehört dazu und findet man hier definitiv! --＞ Bar: Nikita, Moustafa, Hartini und Paban - DANKE für alles! Für Eure Herzlichkeit, für Eure Gespräche, für die tollen Drinks! Natürlich muss auch die White Party jeden Freitag Abend erwähnt werden: Sie findet beim Restaurant Crab Shack statt. Man wird dort mit dem Boot rübergefahren und kann den Abend bei Cocktails, einem gigantischen Sonnenuntergang, sehr netten Gesprächen mit dem Personal (das teilweise auch im Hintergrund arbeitet und man eher selten begegnet) einer Feuershow (großes Lob an Alberto & sein Team! Ihr macht das Spitze!!!) ausklingen lassen. Ich könnte noch ewig weiter schwärmen, aber am Besten und Einfachsten ist es, man erlebt dieses Feeling am eigenen Leib. Letztes Jahr war wie schon gesagt top - und als Wiederholungstäter erlebt man noch die ein oder anderen Vorteile mehr (kostenloser Cocktail am Abend, täglich kostenloses Getränk im Milk Lab....) , man kommt mehr ins Gespräch mit den Mitarbeitern.....kurz um: Finolhu ist wie eine Familie für uns geworden - und wir wurden auch genauso aufgenommen. We spent 5 nights in paradise at Finolhu. Opting to stay in an overwater ocean villa. Our amazing villa was huge with its own pool and deck, well appointed, decor was inspired to fit the ambience of the resort. Staff, I say staff but they felt more like friends, were a big part of the overall experience. All restaurants had beach or ocean views, from casual to alacarte the food was fresh, each dish thoughtfully prepared. Great entertainers in-house set the night scene. From kayaking to jetskiing, morning yoga or lazing on the well appointed beach decked with seating, Finolhu offers some thing for everyone. Darryl & Stacy Gleich

We absolutely loved the resort and the warm hospitality. The food was delicious, and the cocktails were equally amazing. Asma was incredibly helpful and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. A special thanks to SureshSaran, and Jaleel from the restaurant team—they were attentive, kind, and always ready to assist. Truly a wonderful experience!
