Wowstayz Hotel Sapphire

Horrible experience. Hotel rooms are not cleaned and hygienic. I have booked a family suite room but they provide one double bed room. Even they do not provide water. Parking problem is a big issue because it is very far from the hotel. Very bad hotel. Not recommended for family.

No drinking water. No sleeper. No room service. Poor staff treatment. poor service. I would never recommend Really bad service and poor treatment and displeasure. No quilt. Staff bad behaviour. Take action It is better to book somewhere else

We were given a bad room n we booked a good room which was shown on site. First we were given in basement 4 where from balcony all garbage was lying below wen we refused to take that room then we were given basement 3 i. E. -3 room and the room which were shown on site and was booked by us was at ground floor. How it it possible that the room which was booked by us was not kept for us nd was given to another guest n pathetic room was given to. It was the first time i have booked from mm t and no care was taken by the or follow to confirm whether the correct room is given or not and on-site it is shown parking but hotel had no parking. We went to paid parking and then i called people to call the hotel and asked them to send a person to carry our luggage but no information was given to the hotel by staff n we carried our luggage on our own. It was a very bad experience/

My experience was not good at this hotel like staff behavior not good, room hygiene & cleaning, atmosphere around the hotel not good also i saw hotel property at the actual situation was different that's why i cancel my next day stay at this hotel and my overall experience was not good at that place.

It was an average hotel, centerly located, walking distance to shopping area & sightseeing
