Location of the hotel is superb. Every room has a balcony with very nice view of the hills . Front office is very helpful with reservation and travel and transport arrangements . Restaurant is very clean and hygienic with top class food quality . Very friendly and polite staff . Housekeeping is superb. Only point of concern is there is no lift . Elderly guests should ask for room in the first floor .

Highly recommend this hotel. It's beautifully maintained and the service is amazing. the rooms were clean and well maintained with a cute little balcony of the mountain view.

Jagriti thakur, the receptionist was very professional and helpful. We had arrived earlier than our chechin time tired from our night travel but Ms. Jagriti was very considerate and helped us checkin withing an hour. The first thing that impressed me while entering the hotel was the hotel guard Mr. Suresh who rushed to help us unload the luggage and again in the evening, It was raining, he immediately came with two umbrellas to assist us.

My stay at itc ********** was amezing. We really enjoyed every thing an every moment during our stay we were served tasty food by chef vipan and his team .and I really appreciate the efforts of all team ITC for giving their best of their own places this property is located in between of trees and the view is wonderful you can see the mountains in front and also Mr. Harsh was wonderful we enjoyed his singing.. thank you everyone

Hotel is situated in foothills of dhauladhar and present ambience atmosphere inside. There is gym and kids play area as well. The food was average but the staff was polite and humble. Parking facility is not adequate and get ready to climb the stairs.

The property is very beautiful with amazing views. You wake up to a huge balcony with snow capped mountains right in front of you. Cons -
the food is terrible. Very limited options and extremely bland and poor preparation. Make sure you make arrangements for your meals somewhere else. Much recommended for the stay though.
