還未到酒店，前台能主動確認抵達時間並貼心的給予行李幫助搬運的提示。抵達後，酒店比想象中大，全木質的傢俱，濃濃的藏族裝修風格，入住後會進獻哈達，晚間還會主動提供氂牛奶便於安睡。尤其表揚下米朵的服務，挺貼心，進出都會打招呼，挺不錯的體驗。
