The location is excellent, it is a good clean basic motel. Needs a little soundproofing done on stairs and under doors. We had somebody above us start leaving at 5am. By the time they did leave at 5.45, slamming the door dragging their ports down the stairs whilst talking past our door I was well awake.

A great motel. Short distance from city. Reception staff very helpful. Although slightly dated the rooms were very clean. Beds were comfortable. There is a visitor kitchen available for guests which was well equipped and kept clean.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating from the minute of first arrival. The bed was like sleepy on a fluffy cloud. The room was kept very clean. The overall stay was amazing, the only fault I could find was an old shower head that may need to be replaced.

Simple and basic accommodations. Good for the price and staff were very friendly and helpful. Clean and comfortable and in a good location if you don’t mind a bit of walking. The shared kitchen has a decent collection of stuff including a big fridge while the in-room bar fridge can hold your essentials. It was a bit noisy on a saturday night but you would expect the same virtually anywhere.

Lee was the loveliest host from start to finish. She has a lot of pride in her work (we could tell by the tour of facilities), and you could tell she had her staff going the extra mile to accommodate guests' preferences. For a middle-ground accommodation, we found it very comfortable. It's in a great location on a park, for hanging off Kangaroo Point, or wandering down to South Bank. Bit traffic-noisy in an outside room, but the poolside rooms are chill.

Had enough space for 4 of us in the room. They had a large communal kitchen available to guests with enormous refrigerators and cooking utensils available. If you want to be able to cook , then this is a great option. It was quiet, safe and had a private secure car park. Walking distance to the Cliffs Boardwalk, IGA, and a pub.
