The hotel has a large terrace, and a wedding was being held on the day we went there, which was filled with happiness and joy. There are lawns and big trees on the large terrace of the hotel, and you can also see the mountains in the distance. The service is friendly, American style, the swimming pool is large and clean, and there are not many people swimming. On the way to swim, I also saw a garden, which looked like a secret garden in the morning light. The food is very affordable and delicious, and the breakfast variety is super rich. It is the most cost-effective hotel in this trip to Sri Lanka.

The reserved room bedroom has a loft that can sleep 3-4 people. The public areas and rooms are well decorated and maintained. The location is not far from the city center, but close to the road and railway. It is noisy at other times except at night. The hot water switch was hidden in the closet and was not turned on when checking in. There were no additional instructions. The front desk got off work at 10pm and could not be contacted, so I had to take a cold shower. There was a small gecko in the bathtub. Except for the soup, dinner was pretty unpalatable. The two types of fish I ordered were overcooked, dry, bitter, and maybe burnt. When I first checked in at 2 pm, I wanted to have laundry delivered to me. I was told that if I picked it up before departure the next morning, there would be an additional fee. However, I checked into another hotel of the same brand the day before and had laundry delivered at 10 pm the next morning before checking out. Washing, drying and ironing are done for free. What’s also strange is that the front desk helps you fill out the satisfaction survey feedback when leaving the store and asks you to sign it, while the previous one asked you to fill it out realistically. When you see the high score, you are also asked to provide suggestions for improvement. The difference in service awareness is evident.

All facilities and services are good, local chain, quality control management is also online. The richest and most delicious breakfast in Sri Lanka. It has its own independent parking lot and swimming pool. Very cost-effective

A wonderful hotel, which is difficult to notice from the street and with an inconspicuous sign. As expected, it was found and booked by chance and, alas, only for one night. Friendly staff, who met us with care and sent instructions before the meeting on what to do in case of arrival at an inopportune time. The rented tuk-tuk was driven to the back yard and before leaving, the staff themselves parked it next to the exit (considering the crazy traffic, a deep bow for this 😅). They guided us where to exchange dollars for rupees at a good rate. The room is gorgeous, two double beds for two were not that unusual, I'm just still wondering why they didn't limit themselves to one bed) The pool on the roof with a view of the city deserves special attention, unfortunately I can't rate the cuisine, we arrived late and had dinner in the city, and left early, limiting ourselves to coffee, but the overall impression is extremely positive

Good afternoon ! I chose a hotel next to the royal garden. Everything was wonderful, a nice room with a beautiful view of Kandy, a balcony, an excellent breakfast and its presentation, everything was wonderful. Some minor disadvantages include the location: the car could not reach the hotel 200 meters away, the mountain is very steep. There are two rooms on the floor, and one shower and washbasin. It didn’t bother me because... No one lived in the second room. Thanks to the owner, he is very friendly!!!

The bed was comfy. The view was amazing. The staff were very friendly. The location is very close to downtown but up a hill so very very quiet. The food is good, EXCEPT the mutton biryani. Don't order the Mutton Biryani it was just tough fatty meat that you couldn't chew unless you want to feel like you're chewing on an old piece of gum.

The hotel is on the top of the mountain in Kandy. The mountain road to go is very winding, but the scenery is beautiful. The hotel itself is more like a high-end homestay in China, with a very stylish decoration and a local atmosphere. The room is spacious, with a large floor-to-ceiling window for a panoramic view of the beautiful scenery, and the exquisite bathtub is also very good. What's more worth mentioning is that the staff is very enthusiastic, and all of them have smiles on their faces😊. The most memorable thing for me is that the lady at the front desk is super beautiful and loves to smile. The children especially like her.

We had such a great time staying at The Summit. The staff are friendly and helpful, they made us feel at home. We had dinner on the rooftop and it was such a lovely experience. The surrounding is peaceful and quiet. The room is clean and spacious. The view is just gorgeous.

This hotel is newly opened and quite clean, but it is on the street, and it is the main street. It is too noisy. The sound of cars and motorcycles running non-stop, and the sound of horns, can be heard very clearly late at night. My heart is almost sick. I can't sleep all night. It's so painful! I originally booked two nights, but if I stay for another night, my heart will have problems. I went to negotiate the check-out at 6 o'clock the next morning, and found Ctrip again, and they agreed to check out! Because this homestay does not include breakfast, we booked breakfast when we checked in, and paid two breakfasts extra, two omelets, two plates of fruit, a few slices of bread and jam, no drinks, no coffee, 4200 rupees, I don't know why this price is so expensive! ? Is it because we canceled one day or the breakfast price is so unreasonable? In addition, the waiters are not bad, but the location and breakfast of this homestay are really not recommended! The location is over the hill, it’s a little difficult to get a tuk tuk or car that is willingly to go up to the hotel from city Center, especially at night. From hotel to city Center is about 8 mins of tuk tuk ride. Otherwise the service is great, staff are really friendly, nice hilly view from the balcony, western style breakfast platter with pastries.
