The location was on a slope, but there were takeaway shops nearby, so it was convenient. The staff were friendly and the breakfast and other services were good. I was more than satisfied with the price.

Perfect view! It is better to have 3+ floor room because of wires. Monkeys thieved my shorts from balcony so don’t leave the clothes. The hotel is on the mount so you should use tuc-tuc anytime if you have no bike. Good prices in the roof top bar but the glass was dirty and it is not ok for perfect photos.

Overall, I had a great experience at View 360, the staff was accommodating, and the amenities were great. I booked a spacious suite, which was beautiful, clean, and perfect to celebrate my birthday.

This hotel was one of the best I have ever stayed at. I booked it with low expectations, but I was truly impressed from the moment I arrived. The front desk staff member, Thushara, knew my name even before I introduced myself. We were welcomed with a refreshing drink, and the room was spotlessly clean and beautifully arranged. All the amenities you would expect from a 5-star hotel were available. The Food & Beverage staff, especially Shehan, were very helpful and attentive. The manager and other staff members were also extremely welcoming and supportive throughout our stay. Highly recommend this place.

Given we were a family of four, we opted for the spacious Presidential Suite. This accommodation truly felt like a comfortable 2BHK apartment, complete with a living room, kitchen, dining area, and two bedrooms, each with an ensuite bathroom. It was remarkably clean, well-maintained, and offered ample space, making it highly recommended for families. The suite also boasted a beautiful view overlooking a distant hill. The road to this hotel is quite steep.

Slow & poor service Chef rejected our breakfast @7 am Room arrangement was bad Calls never answered Quantity of food is good We were in half board basis as a honeymoon couple.we request our breakfast @ 7 am but chef rejected it and they informed us that they start their shift at 7 am and unable to prepare our breakfast to the requested time THE Manager was not in the property and we had to struggle a lot to arrange our needs The waiter had no idea what to do in this kind of small circumstances Calls were never been answered The hotel owner should be exra cautious regarding the guests needs and wants Most importantly the manager does not know how to manage the staff and the maintenance of the property We as hoteliers never recommend this hotel to anyone Never recommend this hotel to anyone Owner please contact us

This hotel was perfect: superb service, the views are literally 360 degrees, food fresh and well made. The highlight were the views we had from the spacious 2 bedroom( both en suite) kitchen, dining room, living room suite. Amazing value indeed. Highly recommend. Thank you

A good hotel and with very good staff Jamil in the office always with a smile and a pleasant answers to the all question and very helpfull. We had good time there and highly recommended.
