The hotel is great and the rooms are very big. The hotel is close to the lake and there is an Internet celebrity swimming pool. Although the hotel facilities are a bit old, the overall facilities are very good. The breakfast ordered by the hotel is delivered to the room. The portion for three people is like 6 people. Food😂

The staff were very friendly and the hotel was clean.
The rooms were spacious and the showers had plenty of hot water.
There was a kitchen so it was suitable for long stays and was very good for the price.
I got the feeling that it was a nice business hotel rather than a resort.
Since it is built on top of a mountain, there were ants in the room, but they didn't bother me.
The location is far from town and difficult to get to on foot.

We enjoyed staying at Serene Kandy for a week. Staff were friendly and breakfast was good. We love Sri Lanka omelettes!! The view from our balcony was spectacular. And the rooftop swimming pool was great for morning and evening swims. Thank you for having us.

The hotel was very good, clean room and very nice bed. Brand new, only a year or two. Nothing to complain about. Could wish more dishes and vine for dinner, but it might be in place to the main season. Friendly staff and nice pool at the top floor.

Sehr nettes und zuvorkommendes Personal und wunderschönes und sauberes Hotelzimmer. Auch der Pool auf der Dachterasse ist sehr schön und nachts beleuchtet. Abendessen kann man nach Karte im Restaurant bestellen, sowohl Local als auch Western food.

We had a beautiful room with a gorgeous view. The restaurant was great. We had 2 breakfasts there and a dinner. The staff were lovely and very helpful and attentive. I highly recommend it & would stay here again. We also had close-up views of monkeys who visited our balcony this morning. A great experience for Australians.
