We confirmed with the hotel management that we had a room, and the boss also came over to confirm that we could renew the original room at the original price, but Ctrip could not pay online. When we came back in the evening, the clerk said that the room was occupied by guests who had booked for three consecutive days, and we could not renew. We said that your boss said that he had a room, but why didn’t he have it when he came to your place? He said, then you should call the boss, God! By that time it was already past 11:00 pm! Let's talk tomorrow. The boss came over the next day and talked about it all morning, but couldn't solve it. The four people left angrily to find the next hotel. Needless to say, the guy in the picture below was very helpful. He took the initiative and treated us with a smile throughout the process. We wanted to give him a tip, but we were busy talking about extending our stay at the time, and we were so angry that we forgot about it, which was a bit regretful. Note: The water just coming out of the shower head is very yellow, so it needs to be left for a few minutes. The water when flushing the toilet is also yellow (the last picture is the water after flushing the toilet). I don’t know if it is a water quality problem or a pipe problem, or because no one has lived in this room for a long time?

It's not easy to find in a small alley. Breakfast is on the rooftop. The variety and taste are decent. It's really exciting to watch monkeys crawling and jumping around while eating breakfast.

Excellent hotel, spacious and clean room, very comfortable mattress. We had a delicious breakfast on the veranda with a beautiful view of the city.

It's small for the price, but it's clean and the rooms are okay. The location is good as it is not far from Kandy Lake, but it can be a bit difficult to get there by walking as it is an alley, so I gave it one star. Bathroom water pressure and warm water are good, but there is no sink, and it is a bit disappointing that it falls from the top. I intend to visit again.
